Reviews of Starway Hotel (Urumqi Airport)

The hotel is closed to the airport and offer free shuttle services. The staffs are all very friendly and accommodating as I have to constantly rescheduling the drop-off time as the flights keep changing. A very good hotel to stay for transiting. It's about 30mins taxi drive to Time Square in downtown.

The hotel was cosy and comfortable, the staff was helpful and very welcoming. I liked everything about the hotel. The food was great and the room was clean. There was a pick up service to the airport and the hotel organized it nicely. Amazing Gao Aimei thank you for your hospitality and care. I am planning to visit you soon!

The only redeeming feature of the hotel is its proximity to airport and free airport transfer. Otherwise there is nothing remarkable about this hotel. It is just a nice Chinese hotel for a one night stay.

Big praise for Xiao Gao, Dongdong and the fat security lady at the front desk. I was in transit at Urumqi Airport, so I booked this hotel. The hotel would call in advance to confirm the pick-up information. As soon as I got off the plane, I received a call from the pick-up guy. The guy gave very clear and patient instructions on where to go. When I checked in at the hotel, I casually asked, "What's good to eat around here?" and received enthusiastic recommendations from everyone present. The manager and the lady in the room heard the voice and ran out to enthusiastically participate in the recommendations. The fat security lady was afraid that I wouldn't be able to find the store, so she took me there herself. Everyone in the hotel made me feel the enthusiasm of the city of Urumqi. Needless to say, the room is clean and tidy. We will send you off to the airport at 5:00 the next day, and the front desk will call you at 4:30 to remind you to get up and serve breakfast when you go downstairs. In short, every detail from check-in to check-out was perfect, thank you very much. 

The Starway Hotel I chose for my return trip to Xinjiang is about 15 minutes' drive from the airport. It has considerate drop-off service and the staff is very nice and helps with luggage. The girl at the front desk welcomed me warmly and sent my luggage to the guest room. The C area where I live is a little far away from the elevator. There are relatively few hotels in Xinjiang where you can have breakfast at 7 o'clock, which is convenient for passengers who want to catch a flight.

The hotel rooms are clean and well-equipped. The corridors far from the elevators are also well-furnished and the environment is very good. There is free breakfast and airport pick-up. The security lady at the door is very enthusiastic and takes the initiative to help us carry our luggage and send it upstairs. The ladies at the front desk are also very enthusiastic. Miss Dongdong helps us handle it. The service is also very good.

I came here with my parents and son, and Dongdong and a bunch of ladies at the front desk greeted me. They helped with luggage and delivered fruits. They also asked if we wanted to be picked up from the airport. Seeing that there were so many of us, they even upgraded the room. , I have stayed in so many Starway hotels across the country, and it is no exaggeration to say that this hotel has the best service I have ever seen, bar none. I made a special reservation when I returned in August.

The hotel is very clean. Although it is near the airport area, it is very quiet and the bed is very comfortable. It's great! The bathroom and toilet are separate. Although it's not big, it's okay! There are restaurants and convenience stores near the hotel, which is very convenient!

Xuezhen and Xiaoting at the front desk were very helpful, patient, attentive and helpful in printing documents. The room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel also provides airport pick-up and drop-off services, which is very convenient for travel.

I looked at several hotels and they all stopped picking up the airport at 11pm. This is too inhumane. So what should we do if we arrive in the middle of the night? Fortunately, this hotel provides airport pick-up and drop-off services throughout the day. The breakfast in the morning was quite rich.
