While the location was a little far from the main attractions, we loved our stay at the Feshe Hotel! The rooms were very nice and comfortable. Equipped with a foot massager and Japanese toilet, the room had that extra touch of luxury. The decoration of the room and lobby was also exquisite. The breakfast was a Chinese breakfast.

This hotel is unusual and elegant. I was the only foreigner staying but I was looked after politely and efficiently. They helped me arrange a driver to Tianchi and I was very impressed with the standard of room. It's located in a quiet area with an out door seating area accessible from inside the hotel. Outside the hotel is a lovely communal area that's also very pleasant to sit in in the evening.

The scenery of the customer service is great. It is very convenient to watch the sunset and sunrise through the floor-to-ceiling windows behind the TV. The room is clean and has no peculiar smell. The windows can be opened and it is very ventilated. It is a very good hotel in the new urban area

The hotel has been staying at this hotel since it opened, and this visit was really disappointing and even the atmosphere. I had to wait half an hour for a stool to eat and waited three calls before delivering it, and only had a bite to eat. The front desk called and I had to check out at 2 o'clock, otherwise I would be charged half a day's room fee. There was no room for negotiation. I came down with the leftovers. When I checked out, I wanted to print a document in the morning, but the front desk said that the printer was broken and could not be typed without asking.
