This is my favorite hotel to stay in the area. It keeps up doing an excellent job of serving their guests. The room is large and super clean. Plenty of options for breakfast - one of the best among many 5-star hotels that I have stayed. I stayed at this hotels a couple of times previously so I am so impressed of their consistency in quality services that they provided and maintained the guest rooms and facilities in excellence conditions over many years.

Great location just outside of the metro station exit B. Room is very quiet and very spacious. BUT they failed to ask me Covid test upon arrival and l got into problem later on as l did not take it. Nice to have fruits, yogurt, masks, tea and so on delivered to room in the evening but wish they serve different fruits as l stayed there for five days. One night there l found rotten tomato and l wish they check carefully. I wish people working at concierge can speak English but they did not help me with ordering a taxi but told me to use didi app to do so and it was very disappointed. They did not return the deposit money at the hotel but l wish they do it immediately after the room check. Also refrigerator was locked and not available to use.

Staying at Northwest Petroleum Hotel on a business trip, the service quality is beyond imagination! Ms. Zhang Juan, the customer manager, was considerate and thoughtful, and arranged airport pick-up service for us. Mr. Zhong Tieshan was very polite, and the car was clean and hygienic. Due to work needs, the room was canceled after the extension, and the hotel was very enthusiastic. The service and speech skills of the concierge are very appropriate. In a hurry, I left the camera charger in the room, and received a call from the hotel right after I got off the plane. Wechat contacted manager Zhang Juan, and she mailed it very enthusiastically, thank you very much. It is indeed worthy of praise and praise!
