Reviews of Jianzhi Hotel (Urumqi People's Square)

Great location very close to the metro station. Rooms are large. Just make sure if you are not a smoker to let them know as some rooms smell of smoke. They kindly moved me to one that didn’t and it was a great stay

The location of the hotel is convenient. Yesterday, we checked in for the reception of Su Su, the supervisor in the lobby, and also took us to see the house. The service was very warm. We answered all the questions we didn't understand. We liked it very much. The hotel is also brand new and has complete facilities. Next time you come to travel, this hotel is the first choice.

The room we stayed in was 423. It was a fancy 'Simple Mesmerizing Starry Sky Room' with a tub near the window.... stayed for 2 separate days. 1. The toilet was nice as it warms the seat and has a bidet with auto flush. 2. The hotel location was good, near the nanmen metro station exit A. To go to Intl Bazaar is only one stop - erdaoqiao station. 3. This same metro can take u to the airport but didn't manage to try it. 4. Near to fast food, convenience shop as u exit from hotel, turn left and cross the road. 5. Bonus: Has a laundry room (washer & dryer) at level -1 for free usage with free detergent.

We stayed 3 nights at hotel. The room is nice . The room we were given is Arabian style with heated toilet seat. The staff were all very nice and helpful including the security guards. But, one front desk staff, DIDI deserved special mentioned. She is very helpful, pleasant and very polite. She even help us to arrange a local 1-day tour, and providing helpful information whenever we requested. We highly recommend this hotel if you visit Urumqi.

A very modern hotel, well kept and well cleaned. The manager Didi was very nice and accommodating, and tried everything to help us (with our limited Chinese language).

The location of the hotel is right in the hustle and bustle of this beautiful city. Public transportation are within mere distances. Food places and malls are everywhere. A special shout-out to a staff, Deedee, for making my stay in the hotel a memorable one. She helped me through every queries and mishaps I had. A tour I booked on my own got cancelled and she helped me to book two tours. Those two days turned out to be one of the best days in my life. Thank you Deedee.

Hotel provides good breakfast and free umbrellas for rental. The robot brings up amenities we requested for. CNY 200 deposit is required upon check in. About 20km walking distance to Grand Bazaar. There is also a nice Hangzhou bun restaurant within the same hotel block.

Very good hotel, conveniently located near Nanmen subway station. Large, clean room and a VERY comfortable bed! Plenty of food and drink options nearby. Recommend.

Cool themed hotel. Rooms really nice and comfortable and hotel is easy to find as well.

The location and parking possibility is great for exploring the sesame Bazar. The hotel itself, is interesting. Unfortunately we could only book a room towards the courtyard. Which is actually a narrow distance to the next high rise building and quite messy. The breakfast room is in the basement. We skipped it. The service staff is friendly and helpful.

The rooms are very spacious, clean, good location and complete with amenities. Modern sanitary ware The service staff is very good. Feel safe even when traveling alone It's a very good experience☺️
