My husband and I are so happy we chose this hotel! We were greeted by the incredibly welcoming owner, Lucien, who took such wonderful care of us throughout our entire stay. His motto truly is 'My home is your home.' We had a double room – a cozy space with a double bed, two bedside tables, a folding console table, and a window with mountain views. The bathroom had a toilet and bidet, along with toiletries and a hairdryer. There was also a small living room and a kitchen equipped with everything needed for cooking. Breakfast was included and consisted of scrambled eggs with cheese and ham, puff pastry, muffins, fruit, tea, coffee, milk, and juice upon request. While you won't find super-designer flourishes, everything in the house is impeccably clean, cozy, and arranged with taste and love. It felt like visiting grandma in the countryside, where you haven't been seen in ages and are dearly missed! Our heartfelt thanks to Lucien, with wishes for prosperity and good health!

The landlord was very friendly and warmly introduced the room and common areas, saying I could email him anytime if I had any questions. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Ushuaia.

We had a very good stay at this hotel in Ushuaia. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the hotel is in a quiet location close to the city center on foot. Many thanks to Luciano for his welcome and kindness throughout our stay!

It felt like home here. The landlord was very welcoming. The house was on a hillside, and I could easily walk to the busiest shopping street and the beach. Every time I came back, I would take an Uber for 3,000 pesos, which is less than 3 US dollars. It was very convenient.

Can you imagine going downstairs to boil water in the morning and finding your landlord waiting for you, ready to prepare something beyond the usual breakfast, like a fried egg? Haha! I was truly amazed! Even when I arrived at 8:30 pm, the landlord was still waiting. You can ask him anything, and he'll reply promptly. The room has heating and solid wood furniture; you can do laundry and cook. I ate too much seafood, so I bought beef, vegetables, and noodles to make a bowl of beef noodles. Because my flight to Argentina was canceled, I stayed an extra night here, which was reassuring.

It's good value for money and has a good location, but it's a bit old and noisy.
