Less than a five-minute walk from the train station, making it super convenient. The room, although not huge, is well-laid out with plenty of storage space. The shower pressure is stable, and hot water comes on quickly. Breakfast and the gym are also great, plus you can request a late check-out for two hours.

Well…Someone entered our room in the middle of the night as they had a copy of our card (I don’t know how). After reporting it to their staff, we asked to change a room. He came up to understand the situation and told us to stay put and call him again if someone tries to enter again?! Of course, we rejected his proposal and demanded a change in room which he did do so. After all, we were offered free breakfast but 0 explanation or investigation into the matter even after probing. Room was pretty big tho

Great location, close to the city center. The welcome, cleanliness, and breakfast were fantastic. The view of the city from our 19th-floor room was enchanting.

There was no 'good afternoon' or 'enjoy your stay,' and everything was informal 'je' and 'jij' instead of the more polite 'U'. When I called reception in the evening for a wake-up call, the phone was answered with simply: "Reception" instead of: "Good evening, reception, [name], how may I help you?" The wake-up call was then forgotten the next day. Advice to NH: Train your employees!
