Cleanliness side need improve. Location not the best choice. If not because of price, i wont choose this hotel as they still using the key to open room door insist of key card or password. With this price still acceptable, but i have extra budget will skip this hotel 😬

The hotel is conveniently located near the railway station.  There is supermarket and good restaurants nearby.  The hotel staff are very helpful and polite.

Huge TV and spacious for a city hotel in Japan. Convenient and clean. Breakfast needs to be improved., but it's acceptable. English speaking staff are efficient and helpful. Good view from room.

Close to the train station less than 10 min walking, two convini just at few meters from the hotel, a bar at first floor, the room bigger that the standard for Japanese hotels, with ac, big tv, water boiler, fridge, free bottle of water, modern decoration. Staff very kind and helpful. Nice view from my window.

Strategic location within walking distance from JR Utsunomiya Station. Reasonable Price & redeem coins to have some discount. Self service to have amenities items based on personal needs at the lobby Of course self service for clothing washer and coffee machine are available in the hotel ! Daily cleaning room service provided. Comfortable to stay in the hotel. Surrounding area is quiet.

It was in good location about 4-5minutes by walking from Utsunomiya Station with reasonable price. There is all the amenities in the front so, sou can take what u like to use.

The hotel looks quite old, and unusually for this day and age, it uses a physical lock. The interior seems to have been renovated, and is quite clean and not uncomfortable. The rooms are larger than a typical business hotel. It's close to the station, so it's good for business use.

Close to Utsunomiya Station. Good value for money

It was a good value hotel. The facilities were a little old, and the door was a little loose and had to be pushed by hand to close, but it was cheaper than the surrounding hotels, so I felt it was worth the price. The amenities were located next to the front desk, and although you had to bring what you needed, there was a good selection.
