Reviews of Uwajima Regent Hotel

I made a reservation for a room only plan, but I was able to add breakfast. I had Japanese food and it was delicious. Rice and drinks can be refilled freely, and if you make a reservation by the day before, you save 100 yen for 720 yen + tax. It was good to have breakfast. Next time we will consider including breakfast. It was 5 consecutive nights, but I thought it would be nice to have a discount for consecutive nights. There was a microwave next to the vending machine space. I was saved because I can use it when I like it. There is a coin laundry corner, but there is only one washing machine and one dryer in the corner of the parking lot. It must have been a little past the selection end time, so when I went to transfer to the dryer, the male employee was using his bare hands. I felt very uncomfortable because I was wearing underwear. There may be someone next, but don't you think they don't have bare hands? Female employees used nylon gloves. If you can only install one, the front desk will manage the room number of the person using it and contact you by extension... Anyway, I would like you not to touch your personal laundry with bare hands. I wanted to make a complaint, get my money back, and wash it again. I didn't have time. It's a non-smoking room and it's not a cigarette, but when it's closed, it smells peculiarly unpleasant. Resesh = deodorant spray was placed and used every time I entered the room. Were there any other complaints about the fact that it was left there? I think I will use it next time because it is close to my destination, but I won't use this hotel unless I have to go to work.

接客がとても丁寧で気持ちがいい、こじんまりしているがお客様を満足させる為、一生懸命さが伝わって来る。また機会があれば利用したい。

市の中心部から近く便利な場所でした。

トイレは古く、便座が冷たくビックリしました。 綿棒は有るものと思い持っていってなかったのですが、付いていませんでした。畳だったのですが、座る椅子はなく、ベッドが良かったと思いました。

部屋は少し古いがスタッフの対応はよかったです！
