Hotel interior was good. Hygeine also maintained. But some construction work were running. Food and tea facilities were not available at the hotel in the evening. Otherwise all was good. And there should be a good communicator at the reception counter when we call for anything from the hotel room

Mattress nad pilow are in very bad condition. Door lock e was broken, mirro5was broken, no hot water dirty wash room

I had booked a room for a night while travel-ling via vadodara, and this was the most pathetic and terrible hotel i've ever seen in my life, the receptionist was really not at all understanding, i had my e aadhar in the phone and the original docs were in the bags, but he forced me to go 8 kms just to get the document that i already had it in my phone online, the hotel is living in 2000's in era of 2023. The staff was really very rude. They didn't even provide us with a bottle of clean drinking water, moreover charged us for clean filtered bottles. The rooms wall putty was completely eroded and was falling on me while i slept. The blanket can't be more dirty that the ones we were provided with. The toilet seat was completely detached and i had to fix the seat for using it. Was like a nightmare being there !
