A fantastic stay with great value for money. The property is spread across a large, scenic area with plenty of activities, including a pool, a dedicated play area for kids, and indoor games. The food was consistently good, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome

Had amazing days in falcon crest resort.Really enjoyed the ambience and the view was really nice from our room balcony.Staff are realy helping and friendly.10 out of 10 value for money resort for me.Food was really really good.

Falcon crest is located in a calm and serene location. View from the cottage is beautiful. This is our 2nd time at Falcon Crest in 4 years and it is very well maintained. Clean towels and linen's. Thanks to the house keeping team. Very friendly staff and especially the manager Mr. Ajesh taken special efforts to make our stay comfortable.Thank you once again. We will visit again!!!

We had a wonderful time at Falcon Crest. The location takes the crown - it is absolutely beautiful. The staff here are efficient and helpful. Reasonable turn around time for all sevices. The food was very good- whatever we bought was always excellent. The breakfast spread is not lavish, but it is very tasty and sufficient with a good variety. The rooms are near and very clean. What stood out for us is the staff - very efficient , pleasant, easy to approach people. Thank you for a great stay!

Had a great stay at Falcon Crest, Vagamon! The location is perfect - peaceful, The room was clean,well maintained, and had all basic amnesties.The view from the room was amazing, especially in the morning with the mist.Good hospitality. Food was homely and fresh. This is what we really wanted. Definitely worth it for families and couples visiting Wagamon. Highly Recommend.

We had a wonderful stay at the resort. The staffs were so welcoming and the hospitality was at its best. The room was none less than a star hotel room. Literally I could not find even a small dirt or dust. Carrying my 1.5 yrs old baby I was so concerned about the food. But Gladson, assistant manager of the resort was so kind. He even customized the food for my kid on request. The swimming pool and the play area both indoor and outdoor should have a special mention. It was great. And the breakfast buffet served was also very good with variety of options. The view from the balcony was the best part. We really loved the experience and hoping to visit again with our whole family.

A peaceful mist-filled escape – perfect short stay! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ On 1st of June -2026 we stayed at Falcon Crest Vagamon for a single night and wished we could have stayed longer. Ambiance: The resort is tucked away in a serene location, offering beautiful plantation views and the classic, refreshing Vagamon mist. Rooms: Extremely clean, well-maintained, and spacious with great ventilation. Service: The hospitality was a highlight. The team was attentive from check-in to check-out. Food: We enjoyed a delicious, comforting dinner and breakfast during our stay. It is the perfect spot for couples or families looking to escape the city noise for a quick weekend recharge. We will definitely visit again!

Calm and quiet place in the mid of Tea Garden. Great experience. Nice stay. Good customer service and hospitality. Experience a small off road experience to the destination. Mind blowing view from the balcony.

Nestled between the lush green mountain side... this is closest one can be in nature and yet in comfort. Highly recommended Falcon crest resort cottage. The view from outside is awesome, you can see and smell TEA all *****. The valley looks so soothing to the eyes. And the facility is very Clean and tidy.

It was an amazing short stay, and we really wish we could have stayed longer. We truly enjoyed the overall experience at Falcon Crest. All the staff were well-behaved, courteous, and showed genuine hospitality throughout our stay. The restaurant service was excellent, and the breakfast was superb as well. The rooms were clean and neat, which made our stay even more comfortable. One of the positive points is the limited phone network, as the phone hardly rings during the stay. It gives us a chance to keep our phones aside and truly enjoy the ambience and quality time with family and friends. We will definitely come back with our family for a longer stay. Once again, thank you to the entire Falcon Crest team for a wonderful experience….

We had a wonderful stay at Falcon Crest in Vegamon. Sibin and whole staff are really friendly and provided us with incredible hospitality throughout our trip. A special thanks to Sibin. The food was absolutely delicious. We traveled all the way from Sri Lanka, and this stay made our journey to Vegamon unforgettable. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Vegamon.

Our stay at the resort was truly delightful from start to finish. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the staff and welcomed with refreshing welcome drinks, which set a pleasant tone for our visit. The rooms and bathrooms were exceptionally clean, tidy, and well maintained. The availability of 24-hour hot water added to the overall comfort of our stay. The food, including the buffet breakfast and dinner, was delicious and offered a satisfying variety of options. The resort provides ample parking space, which is very convenient for guests traveling by car. We also appreciated the thoughtful gesture of providing a pamphlet with a map of nearby tourist attractions—it proved very helpful for planning our outings. Complimentary Wi-Fi was available throughout the property and was particularly useful, as mobile network coverage (Idea and BSNL) was weak or inconsistent in the area. The well-maintained infinity swimming pool and dedicated kids’ play area were excellent amenities that enhanced the overall experience. What stood out the most was the courteous and attentive nature of the staff, ***** with the resort’s breathtaking hill views. The only minor drawback was the approximately 700-meter approach road leading to the resort, which has several steep climbs and sharp curves and would benefit from some maintenance. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily recommend this resort to others seeking a comfortable and scenic getaway.
