The Arrabelle at Vail Square, a RockResort

Arrived early and was told room would be available. Said they would send a message. Hours later, came back and receptionist looked like she forgot, then two people said they would let us know personally when the room would be available. Came back again around 3pm and was still not available, and after I addressed concern they finally gave us a room.

This was our first stay at The Arrabelle and we can't say enough great things about this property! The staff was incredible, our room was beautiful, spotless and centrally located on the property and the Tavern dining was delicious. The spa staff were very accommodating and attentive as were the bellmen and the shuttle drivers. We look forward to coming back!

Room was great and the service was top notch. We had a wonderful anniversary and thanks to the staff at Arrabella who made it special.

Upon making our reservations, we shared that we were celebrating our 29th wedding anniversary. We also asked for a list of restaurants that were open since it was the shoulder season. The Hotel responded sharing that they would be glad to provide us a list of restaurants upon our arrival. Upon our arrival, not only was there no list of restaurants provided or shared, there was absolutely no acknowledgment of our Anniversary. When we stayed at the Broadmoor to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary, the Broadmoor upgraded us to a cottage. If you’re familiar with the Broadmoor, the cottages are multiple thousands of dollars per night. Over the three days we saw various different staff at the makeshift front desk. ( There was no note of any construction at the time we made our reservations.) And not once were we asked how our stay was going. This is our second stay at this beautiful hotel but unfortunately it may be our last. The customer service at the front desk was zero and frankly, overall we were very disappointed in the whole experience.

Terrific staff. The valet during my third day was especially good at his job. Unfortunately, i came during their off-season so amenities were more limited. Regardless, it was quite a good stay with a beautiful room, beautiful surroundings, and reasonable accommodations.

Always a great place to spend a few fall days. The property is great, room upgrade was amazing and the staff were all so kind. This may be a recurring fall trip for us.
