Booked and paid online in July 2022 for December 2022. Arrived at 2.30pm to check in. Staff were just leaving to go home. No knowledge of our booking. Showed our online itinerary, so finally got our rooms. Rooms okay. No towels or coffe/tea, cups, plates or utensils. Place is totally run down. Rubbish tip along the back fence, near where were placed. Had kids so main thing was the awesome swimming pool in the picture. Algae everywhere, couldn't see the bottom as water was green with scum. Kids very disappointed. No breakfast as advertised. No fresh towels no replenishment of toilet paper, internet was non-existent. What is advertised is one big LIE. If you value your happiness and sanity, don't go there.

Arrived first day no towels available, no coffee and tea facilities as advertised, went to have a shower and the shower head came off, no aircon for the room remote it is controlled by staff. This place is so run down. Requested for another room as the shower head is not working still the same. No towels, no coffee and tea facilities definitlely not what they advertised. It was much better and cheaper for us to stay at Moatoga Hotel than it was to pay more at Moanalisa Hotel and the service and rooms were really bad. Highly do not recommend Moanalisa Hotel.
