Wow, we expected this hotel to be amazing. But it even exceeded our expectation. Sky pool and wellness are awesome. Great rooms, super friendly and helpful staff providing great service and delicious food! Highly recommended. We will come back.

Everything about this place is stunning. Design. Service. Food. Spa and the staff are special. Rooms are perfect in every way. The best part is meeting the gasser family. Marcus was so courteous and welcoming. Would certainly recommend a bucket list stay here!!

What an amazing experience. From the very beginning we were welcomed by the fantastic H-Crew: everyone went above and beyond our expectation. As we could not dine the first evening due to a sunset hike, we asked for a packaged dinner and what a treat it was ❤️ the breakfast buffet has absolutely everything and is followed by an afternoon snack, which in fact is another fabulous buffet. Top it off with a buffet dinner and 4 course menu - for a foodie this is a paradise. Speaking of paradise: the SPA and relax facilities are best in class: countless whirlpools, saunas and of course THE Skypool. Lastly, as it was our anniversary I had asked for a little celebration and what we received exceeded our expectations. We would recommend the hotel in a heartbeat and are already planning a longer stay for 2024. Perfect location, fantastic hotel, amazing holiday.

Having watched the BBC Amazing Hotels programme in December, where Monica Galetti and Rob Rinder visited The Hubertus, we were so impressed we booked within days for the week 27th Jan-3rd Feb. We had been considering a return ski trip to the Dolomites and Kronplatz was an area that we hadn't yet explored. To say that we were wowed by the place was an under statement. The minute we were shown our room (Panarama Braies) and the amazing 180 degree views it had of the 4 valleys, I burst into tears! Not something I have ever done before but it really is something special going to sleep with an uninterrupted vista of the dark sky and stars and waking up every day to an incredible unfolding sunrise with the snow capped mountains of the South Tyrol. Markus and Daniella with their team deliver the most friendly family welcome and nothing is too much trouble. The food is fabulous, such an amazing choice and served with much love and attention to detail. As dedicated skiers we were out on the slopes every day but there was a comprehensive winter programme of mostly complimentary events and activities for those who didn't ski or wanted a day off. We experienced a magical trip, snowshoeing in the Fanes National Park with Hubertus's resident mountain guide Werner and soaked up the atmosphere with a grandstand ticket at the FIS Women's Super G in St Vigil. Markus was a fabulous host at their weekly Friday Gasser Family Hut Party which for us marked the end of the most memorable holiday. I haven't even mentioned yet the stunning spa facilities, the amazing architecture of the Sky Pool and Heaven and Hell, incredible, like nothing else.... Just go and see for yourself!!

I recently stayed at the Hubertus Alpin hotel and was genuinely surprised. Why is this place only rated 4 stars? It's a real head-scratcher because everything from the incredibly friendly staff to the down-to-earth owners made me feel special. The views from the hotel were nothing short of spectacular, and with 10 pools and jacuzzis to choose from, I was in heaven. It's rare to find a place that over-delivers in such a graceful way. This hotel isn't just a stay; it's a whole experience that clearly deserves that extra star. The negatives was they were serving Foie Gras (force feeding the duck until they die which is very cruel and really put me offl). Also they were charging nearly 5 euros for tap water.

My husband and I had a wonderful time at Hubertus. The hotel is truly stunning, very unique/iconic. The breathtaking views from the rooms, the multiple pools, jacuzzis, and the restaurant were exceptional. It felt very exclusive and relaxing. We also treated ourselves to a lovely massage at their SPA. The food was not only amazing but also diverse, offering great portion sizes and catering to various dietary restrictions. The Christmas dinner was very special, with live music, mulled wine, and delicious treats on the balcony. The location of the hotel is perfect! They have a van to take and collect the guests from the slopes, it is a really short drive. Kronplatz is beautiful and also has a great structure. The hotel also offers several activities, and they have a journal with the daily activities. Unfortunately our ski classes were in the middle of the day and we couldn’t manage to participate on them. However they have a great variety for everyone! What really stood out the most for us was the outstanding staff and family; everyone was incredibly helpful and friendly! Thank you 🙏🏻❤️ Leaving is quite sad, but we will be definitely coming back soon!

We had a really perfect time at the Hubertus. The room had a sauna with a view and a whirpool on the big terrace overlooking the valley. The bed was comfortable. The food was an everyday feast. Since we had one of the nicer rooms we were assigned a table with a view thoughout our whole stay. And the view is amazing. We joined some of the activities organised by the hotel. I highly reccomend that - the attitude, the personal touch on behalf of the staff and the bonding among the hotel guests is a lasting memory. You should skip the SPa though.

This hotel is absolutely amazing! There are no exact words to describe how happy we were during our 4N/5D stay. The beautiful nature and scenic views was extra ordinary! Facilities are world class , staff are beyond excellence, services were faultless! We are definitely coming back
