The front desk service was excellent, even calling to check if I'd left anything in the room. I'd read everyone's reviews in advance, and thank you for sharing your own pitfalls... Parking is free, so if you're driving, please park right outside the hotel entrance, activate your hazard lights, check in first, and then move your car to the parking lot. The parking lot's voice-activated lights are short-lived (only about a minute. I asked the front desk, and they said they'd also reported this issue, ***). Be quick, or you'll be in total darkness (we checked in after sunset, so daytime is better). The stairs from the parking lot to the first-floor reception desk are like those ascending to the top of a church (there's really no elevator). If you're carrying luggage, I believe the moment you push open the door to the first floor, it'll feel more like reaching the summit (tired to heaven...).

Everything was perfect. Exceeded my expectations. Very friendly staff. Spacious and comfortable rooms. Good breakfast. I was passing through for one night and was surprised by the quality of my stay.

Hotel a bit dated. The reception wasn't very professional. The key didn't work. No king-size bed, as specified in the reservation, but two beds pushed together. Doesn't deserve a 4-star rating, but a 3-star rating in my opinion. Otherwise, very decent, fairly clean.

The room is two stories high and fairly large, but the facilities are a bit dated. The entrance to the hotel parking lot is like hell, thankfully there are no scratches, but the stairs from the parking lot to the lobby are like a cellar, adding to the medieval feel. It's okay for a one-night stay, but don't expect much. It's a hotel like this, and I didn't even remember to take a photo.
