I chose this place *specifically* as it had the term coworking in its title. I needed to get some work done. However, it's doesn't have anywhere suitable for working! Ie the tables and chairs aren't suitable, lighting isn't suitable, it's too noisy and there aren't sufficient sockets. The "kitchen" is non-existent. There's a fridge and that's it. No kettle, no microwave, no stove or oven. The security lockers aren't by the beds, they're in the area where you can eat whatever food you brought in because you can't cook it. There's no security. Anyone can just walk in and walk through the dorm areas. The very worst point from a health and safety point of view is that you're expected to access the upper bunks using bar stools!! This is a major insurance issue waiting to happen. Utterly inadequate and actually illegal. There are only 3 showers and are shared by both genders. The only good point is that one of them is extremely spacious and there's plenty of shampoo and shower gel. The hostel is very basic with a very bored and disinterested person on reception and is much too expensive for what you get and for what other more established hostels in Valencia offer for less money. I would never choose this hostel again unless quite desperate and just needed somewhere to sleep.
