This is a cheap no frills hotel, even though called a hostel. I stayed in a room with 2 other friends. It was clean and tidy. The beds were simple metal framed single size, but comfortable. We had an ensuite and was simple and basic, with maybe a coat of paint needed here or there. There was no TV, telephone, hairdryer or any other mod cons. However, this is a cheap hotel in the centre of Valencia. It is great value for a short city break. If you want something more luxurious you will have to pay a lot more money. We enjoyed our stay. Other friends with us did not have a full ensuite, but there were toilets and showers in the corridor. The hotel is very secure with a main door at street level, then you get a lift or stairs to the fourth and fifth floor. Then another door to enter your floor and then another door to get into your room. So I felt safe. No safety deposit box so kept all my valuables with me. In summary I would stay again for a city break and excellent value, if you want luxury pay more and go to a big city hotel.

The rooms are small, I don't think they're up to standard, and the electricity has wires running around the shower. The beds are dirty with hair, uncomfortable, and noisy. The hostel is centrally located. Cleanliness is poor, doors are noisy, and you can hear everything from neighboring rooms.

On the fifth floor of a large building with an elevator, this property enjoys a fabulous location in the city center, just a few minutes' walk from everything you need. It's obviously a guesthouse, and as such, it doesn't offer many comforts and amenities. However, we found the bed comfortable, and the shower was adequate, with nice hot water and good pressure. Cleanliness is adequate. The soundproofing isn't top-notch, the linens aren't top-notch, and you only get one towel per person, which is changed every morning. The staff is very friendly, you can store your luggage, and the price is good. We had an ensuite bathroom, without a bidet, which we saw in the shared bathroom in the hallway. It's a good "base camp," since you'll be out all day, but being close by, you can come back for an hour's rest and then leave again. Clearly, you can't ask for more.

A very nice place, all the staff were very friendly, the room was super comfortable, the beds were great, and the bathroom, bedrooms, and common areas were very clean and tidy. We loved it. We recommend it. Ideal for a group of friends or family. We felt right at home.

Bad experience!!! A room with only a shower and no bathroom. When I booked on ***********, it never mentioned whether it was a private or shared bathroom. However, when I read "with a shower," "it didn't say 'room with only a shower and shared bathroom,' otherwise I wouldn't have taken it!" I went by exclusion, as there would be a bathroom if there was a shower! I made the purchase, but oh, what a disappointment when we arrived. The room was very small, with no air conditioning, but a small fan that ran day and night, and the room was scorching hot, both from the fan motor and the 46-degree temperature outside. The front door didn't close properly and scraped the floor. I was ripped off because of that fake deal the property advertised on Booking. They showed me another room, and then gave me another. The location might be good, but otherwise, it's a world away. I've never experienced such a shabby and unclean place. I wouldn't recommend it to all you travelers.

The hotel's location is excellent, right in the city center. The staff is helpful, though a bit inflexible about check-in—they won't let you in before 2 PM (that's what happened to me), but everything else was perfect. We had a shower in our room, everything was always clean, and they change the towels every day and tidy up the rooms. I'm really satisfied. :)
