We had the duplex apartment which is on two floors. It is well equipped, having a full cooker, dishwasher and washing machine. There is plenty of space and seating with toilets upstairs and down. The shower is upstairs. The location is particularly good with the balcony opening onto a quiet square, yet the busy market area is just around the corner. Only thing to be aware of is the 60 step climb to this particular apartment which is at the top of the building. You don’t get to meet anyone since codes are given to enter the property, but communication is very quick and easy by WhatsApp.

Pulizia eccellente, posizione perfetta ci siamo mosse solo a piedi ed eravamo vicine a tutto, a un passo dal mercato centrale, comodo con tutti i confort necessari e molto carino, la gentilezza dei gestori sopra ogni aspettativa. Ci tornerei subito.

Klein maar charmant. Topligging aan de Mercado Central en toch vrij rustig pleintje (in feb). Super proper. Handig keukenhoekje en mini terras waarvan we genoten hebben. Perfect voor een citytrip! Bed wel maar 1m40 en nogal malse matras. Goeie communicatie met uitbater via WhatsApp.

Siamo stati in questo appartamento 5 giorni per le vacanze estive. L’appartamento molto carino su 2 livelli, dotato di tutti i comfort. La posizione eccezionale. In pieno centro, da lì’ ci siamo spostati a piedi per ogni attrazione. Inoltre sotto casa vi è un noleggio bici che abbiamo usufruito per andare all’Oceanografic e al Bioparc. Devo dire che averlo sotto casa è stato molto comodo!. Inoltre la proprietaria, che abbiamo sentito regolarmente per messaggio e’ sempre stato molto disponibile. Che dire un bel soggiorno. L’unica cosa erano i 3 piani di scale senza ascensore per salire al piano dell’appartamento. Ma ne eravamo consapevoli al momento della prenotazione quindi lo consiglio vivamente e nel caso tornassimo a Valencia ricontatterei questa struttura. Complimenti!!!

Pongo 1 estrella porque no se pueden poner 0. Teníamos una reserva para ir de domingo a martes y 5 días antes de empezar la estancia descubro que estoy embarazada y con una amenaza de aborto. Les mando, a través de las páginas de reserva, la información médica que me impide viajar y aún así deciden cobrarme el precio y no hacerme un reembolso. Hay que ser rastreros para cobrarle a alguien que no puede acudir por un motivo tan serio como la salud.

Excelente ubicación, cerca de todo. Pero precio elevado para lo que ofrecen. Las toallas son viejas, el colchón viejo.... Además, se tiene que tener en cuenta al contratar que no tiene ascensor y si tienen que subir por la escalera como en mi caso y con maletas grandes es un incordio!
