Welcomer Apartments Valencia

Spacious, clean accommodation in a quiet street in the old town area a few minutes walk away from so many of the top tourist sights, bars, and restaurants. The apartment had an equipped kitchen with mini hob, microwave and full-size fridge, dining area, and living room with sofa and smart TV. Rafael on the front desk was extremely helpful, adding to the overall excellence of the short city break. Highly recommended.

The apartment was nice, with a comfortable bed and had good amenities and a great little balcony. Superb air conditioning. Could do with a bit of a freshen up, it’s a bit tired and shabby, which lets it down. Kitchen great with pretty much everything you need but some wooden/metal cooking utensils would be handy. Bathroom needs a freshen up on grout and deep clean of shower head. Toilet roll holder and hooks for towels would be beneficial. New bedside table or at least a covering of some sort to disguise ugly appearance (I improvised with one of the many towels provided). Don’t forget to dust/clean the bits you can’t see (e.g top of room divider, shower head). It’s in a superb location with easy access to popular sites and close to transport links. Lots in the immediate vicinity to explore and enjoy. Downside: there doesn’t appear to be any rules for guests re noise and this does present issues. Come prepared with earplugs unless you want to be woken up repeatedly after midnight. Not everyone is out partying until 3am. All stairwell activity very loud as well as guests in adjacent property. Perhaps I just had overly excitable neighbours. Overall a pleasant stay. Welcoming, friendly staff who responded quickly to enquiries.

The bathroom was in really bad shape: needs re-caulking and needs deep cleaning. Kitchen could use a deep cleaning as well.

Lovely little studio apartment (5A) for a 3 night stay in Valencia. Staff were friendly and very helpful when I couldn't get my door open! Kitchen was well equipped. Found the bed very comfy and the choice of a firm or soft pillow was great. Shower doors were tiny, worked okay for me, but someone larger might struggle. I was expecting a washing machine, however I didn't have one, but I believe I was one of the only to not have one - I made do with the sink and a drying rack was available in the room. Balcony was lovely in the evenings. Air con was also good. Unfortunately, there was quite a lot of interior noise, people walking up/down stairs and corridors and talking, soundproofing or reminding people to be courteous after say 11pm would be great - thankfully the aircon drowned the noise out for me! Otherwise a very good stay and I would stay here again! Walking distance to most of Valencia and the tram to the beach is only a 10 minute walk away. Lots of restaurants and shops nearby too.
