Scammers and theft be careful don’t give them the 100 euro deposit that they ask on top of your booking cause you won’t get it back !! Stay away from them ! They will just take 100 euro from you without even return it and won’t even have the chance to reach them so they are very organized with this scam ve careful !

Romantic Getaway**. A magical spot for couples. The golden lighting and Turia park created a unique romantic vibe. The spacious room with Persian fabrics was stunning, though the open bathroom took some getting used to. Privacy and fresh air made it special. Highly recommend!

A fantastic stay! The Turia park nearby and the metro just 5 minutes away made exploring Valencia easy. The minimalist design with high ceilings and modern ventilation gave a sense of freedom. The rooftop windows were a surprise, but the peace and luxury of the 33 m² room with Persian textiles made up for it.

Nefasto ,al llegar ha recepcion el chico nos habla con desprecio ,reservamos x Booking y allí nos dice que tenemos que dejar (100€ de depósito )fuimos un par de horas de día 25 de abril y ha día 12 de mayo sigo esperando el depósito ,no tienes acceso para poder hablar con el personal por la aplicación ,vas allí para reclamar y te sacan una tablet la cual el de recepción te dice que le haga un pantallazo con mi telf y que él no puede hacer nada ,cada día hay uno diferente el cual no te dan solución ninguna ,ahora hablo de las instalaciones ! Habitación de hotel horrible una estufa de enchufe en un hotel de 5 estrellas? Ridiculo sin aire acondicionado ,una TV que no había ni mando ,no hay sillas,ni mesa para dejar objetos,no hay puerta en el baño ! Me duche y se salía toda el agua ,para finalizar no pudimos dormir porque las paredes son de papel y se escucha todo .Es una ESTAFA no lo recomiendo ,voy ha denunciar se quedan el dinero de depósito !

Fuimos a pasar el día para ir a la playa , el recepcionista con poco interés por su trabajo , nos dijo que a partir ti de las tres podíamos entrar en la habitación , cuando la entrada supuestamente verá a partir de las 12 ,no dijo que si no queríamos ir nos devolvía el dinero ,a si que optamos por irnos pues no nos daba ya confianza,aún espero el rembolso ,no tengo mucha confianza en que me lo devuelvan

Siamo arrivati un po’ titubanti a causa delle recensioni negative lette su Booking, ma dobbiamo dire che siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi. L’hotel si è rivelato molto più accogliente di quanto ci aspettassimo: la stanza era silenziosa, ben arredata e il letto davvero comodissimo — abbiamo dormito benissimo tutte le notti! La posizione è ottima: a pochi passi c’è la fermata dell’autobus che collega velocemente il centro di Valencia al mare, comodissima per muoversi senza stress. Un ringraziamento speciale ai ragazzi della reception, sempre presenti, disponibili e gentili. L’unica vera pecca è stata la pulizia: nonostante avessimo affisso la targhetta per far pulire la stanza, durante tutto il soggiorno non è mai stato fatto alcun intervento, il che è un vero peccato. Nel complesso, però, l’esperienza è stata positiva e non escludiamo di tornarci in futuro.
