Local neighborhood It was a great experience to stay in a local neighborhood. This is is very safe and super friendly city. Our host were also wonderful. Local style!

Clean and spacious We loved the apartment. It was clean , it had everything you needed , kitchen well equipped. Apartment is located in à nice area, with nice restaurants and grocery stores. Good options for public transportation to centre or even walk if you are in good shape. We used Cabify and it was around 10 euros à trip to centre.

Comfortable and well-positioned A comfortable, clean property on the seventh floor, easily accessible by lift. Well equipped kitchen although we only used the kettle for tea etc., preferring to dine out in the many easily accessible cafes and restaurants. Well located, short/medium walks to most parts of central Valencia (we walk a lot) including the Market Square, Cathedral and the Turia park (which we also walked the length of). It would have been a full five stars for the property except for being woken at 7.30ish on the four weekday mornings we were there by the building work taking place next door - hopefully, this will have finished by the time next year's season starts! Otherwise an enjoyable stay.

Perfect place to stay in Valencia This apartment was so comfortable. It had everything we needed for the month of our stay. I really liked the location as it was away from the noise of tourists but easily walkable to places to visit or to take metro and bus to further places. So many places to grab a meal within a couple blocks, including a bakery, supermarket, public swimming pool, and for a great massage.

Perfect for our trip The location and apartment were overall amazing! David was wonderful and so smooth with the whole process. Location was great in proximity to the places we wanted to see, access to main roads and metro stops, while still remaining quiet at night. The apartment itself was so spacious and stocked and had absolutely everything we needed. The perfect home away from home.
