It was nice, everything clean and neat ! The hotel staff where very professional and gentle. I just didn’t like the restaurant at night, was too expensive for the food

Super friendly staff, both the reception and the restaurant waiters.
The room is very clean and has modern details. They made sure that our stay was satisfactory, from when you arrived they invited you a complimentary sparkling wine, to when you left they stored your suitcases.

The big room is too small, I can't even turn around. The front desk service is very good. Parking is 10 euros a night. The garage is small. Don't go in if you are not good with skills. Public transportation is convenient. There are buses to the market not far from the hotel and to the central area of the church.

The hotel is small but sophisticated. The room faces the street and the street view is beautiful. There are not many types of breakfast, but it is quite exquisite. The most difficult thing is that the underground parking lot is narrow and steep. If you don’t have good driving skills, don’t park there. It’s so thrilling! Room was very clean and the property was quiet, we haven't heard any other guests form next rooms. Staff was very friendly, it's very convenient that you can rent a bike from the hotel. Breakfast was tasty but they can offer wider choice of hams and cheese.

I really enjoyed my stay in this Hotel. All staff were fantastic from receptionists to Bar and catering staff, Cleaning staff. Excellent menu and Buffet Breakfast. Hotel is well located near bus and metro routes. Loads to do in Valencia. Eventhough it was December the weather was lovely up to 23 degrees. Taxi booked by Hotel is 20 eur to Airport.

Unimpressed & disappointed. Meant to have a queen size bed, but the bed was more like a single. Was given a voucher for a welcome drink but not able to use it. First night I thought I would try the restaurant was there early (for Spain), probably around 6:30 to 7:00, a waitress told me to “sit anywhere” as the restaurant was only 20% full. Ten minutes later while waiting to be served was told I couldn’t sit where I was and I must move. I was asked to sit in the back of the empty restaurant. So, I ended up having a really nice meal at a local restaurant. The next night I had plans but after dinner thought I would give them a second chance and have a (after dinner) drink at the bar. Ordered a beer and was told I could not use my welcome drink voucher as it had to be used earlier in the night only, not a welcoming gesture at all. Very small room. Hotel is a long way from old town area - a good 30-40 minute walk walk.
