Location is good. Right next to Science And Arts Museum. Room is good with a balcony. Lots of variety of breakfast and with good environment.

The room is clean. And the breakfast is awesome. With Superior room you get to be in higher floor with nice view to Science Park.

It was a loft and the second floor has a huge room,its very convenient to the atation and airport too,all good.

Great location, cleanliness and good breakfast

I was expecting mire fir a 4 stars Hotel.

The room is quite big, the transportation is OK, there is a bus downstairs. The service is OK. Because I wanted to change the bed type, I asked the front desk after one night and they gave me a new room. The location is a bit far from the city center, but very close to the Science City. There is also a small swimming pool.

The hotel has an excellent location, with a bus station right in front, allowing you to easily reach any part of the city (the metro station is also very close). The staff is friendly, and the beds are comfortable. In terms of opportunities for improvement, you can hear a bit of noise from the street, and the indoor pool was not heated, so we couldn't use it, and it was one of the factors that led us to choose this hotel.

The room is very clean, the front desk service is very good, the City of Arts and Sciences is within a few minutes' walk, and there are many places to eat around. I am very satisfied!

The room was very good, spacious, comfortable and quiet. Very good cleaning every day. The hotel is very well located, just 5 minutes from the City of Arts and with good communication to both the center and the Albufera. The only thing that could be improved for me is the smell of tobacco in the hallways of the rooms.

When you get to the door, you go to the wrong place😣 Facing the hotel, there is a 4-star hotel on the left and another 3-star hotel on the right. It's very convenient to eat and drink nearby, and it's also close to shopping malls, including Carrefour. Buses to the beach or the city center are very convenient and direct. It is recommended to buy a bus card in the subway (5 euros for ten times, available in English, easy to operate if you can understand it). The front desk service is very good. Our room is next to the elevator and it is not noisy. The room is clean and tidy. The bed and pillows are comfortable. If you have a bed, you can ventilate it first. The central air conditioner is not noisy. There is a charge for small refrigerators! The average price is 4 euros which is super expensive. Just walk a few steps to the supermarket or go downstairs to the bar.
