The hotel Cosy Rooms Bolseria is hidden in a one way alley in a central location in Valencia. If you don’t pay attention you may actually miss it.
The reception is very welcoming, with vintage furniture and wooden beams showcasing a traditional style of old buildings in Valencia.
Room is small but clean, with red brick wall and a simple toilet but fully equipped: clean towels, shampoo, body gel, body lotion, hair dryer, etcetera.
The highlight is definitely the jacuzzi at the rooftop. When we arrived, we were a bit disappointed at first, since it was covered, however we kindly asked the staff who helped us to remove the protective cover and to turn the jacuzzi on. We enjoyed it alone overlooking the Valencia rooftops. Not the best view over the city skyline, but good enough to relax. The water in the jacuzzi was not warm, however given the summer heat it was good enough. Don’t expect any service at the rooftop though, so bring your own towels (or from the room) and drinks if you want to enjoy your time there.

First night in Valencia
It was already 9 o'clock in the evening when we got off the train
So just find a normal hotel to rest
Follow the map to the location of the hotel
Then I found out that check in has to go to another location
About 5 minutes away, we walked around with our luggage
The point is that there's no upfront feeling.
Finally arrived at the room, which is 504 on the top floor (double room with terrace)
The room is not big, the ba*****t is dusty, the bathroom is not clean
The terrace is acceptable but it is connected to the hotel's spa
The middle is just covered with straw
After we ate and took a bath, it was already past 12 o'clock in the evening
But there are still residents chatting in the spa facility
The room can be heard clearly without sound insulation
As a result, it was after 2 o'clock that the tranquility returned
Breakfast is normal, simple style, eggs need to be ordered separately
The advantage of the hotel is that it is close to the scenic spot, and the bathing water is powerful
Luggage can be stored after check-out

I was very disappointed with my stay at Cosy Rooms for the following reasons. The main positive point I'd mention first is the location which is very good for access to the centre and the old town. The beds were also large and comfortable.
1. The noise. Late arrivals to the hotel were incredibly noisy and kept us up very late. The sound proofing between rooms is very poor - you can hear other guests snoring and it kept us awake.
2. The cleanliness. Firstly the sink isn't located in the bathroom which makes washing your hands / cleaning teeth etc quite tricky. The room and shared spaces inc. hallway were not clean. We also spotted a cockroach in the bathroom.
3. The staff were not very friendly.
4. The hot tub is featured prominently on the page to attract travellers but it was empty and unclean when we stayed there - and therefore not usable.
I wouldn't recommend Cosy Rooms to others, and were disappointed at the quality especially as the costs were very high (as it was the marathon weekend).
