Clean tidy place. Very central to all places. 20 min walk to the train station. Straightforward instructions on how to check in. Enjoyed my stay !

The location is quite good, close to Mercado Colón. The room size is also decent. The bathroom is small and could use a renovation, but it's functional and the water pressure is excellent. Check-in is automated, so be sure to read all the information the hotel sends you carefully. There's no room service, or at least our room wasn't serviced during the three nights we stayed there.

The heater was not working including the TV, I had so much cold in my room as I came around the first week of January

The hotel was simple but pleasant and provided us with all we needed for a weekend in Valencia. Directions and communication from the hotel before hand were very good and self check in was straightforward despite not noticing the machine produce our room key. We called the emergency number and they were able to issue us a new card quickly and were very helpful.

Great location. Very clean and private. The single room was large and had a very comfortable bed, nice bedding, dresser, desk etc. The listing said shared bathroom, but it seemed that each room had its own bathroom, very nice touch. I got in late and needed to call the emergency phone number for assistance checking in, but the service answered immediately and was very helpful! The rooms are in a beautiful old building, but the one down side is that the (lovely and bright) old windows don’t keep out much street noise so I heard a million garbage trucks and other traffic all night and early morning.

We arrived at the guesthouse around 7 PM. We had notified them online, but no one answered. Luckily, a kind person at the building entrance called the guesthouse for us because we didn't even have the building's access code... and showed us how to check in ourselves! I'm not sure if this person was actually a staff member. The room was small, and because it had an external private bathroom, we needed a key card to use it, which was inconvenient. I didn't take any pictures of the room interior; it was small and there wasn't much to photograph. There was just a double bed, a small wardrobe, a small bedside table, and nothing else. The location was okay; a market was a few minutes' walk away, and the old town was within a 15-minute walk.

A comfortable small room with good air conditioning. The shared bathroom and toilet were a bit dirty at times, but the room itself was spotlessly clean. The building itself is very beautiful inside, and the entrance hall is a true masterpiece. The location is also convenient to the city center and the train station, and the price is reasonable.

The television had no channels and wasn't a smartphone. In other words, it couldn't be used.

Perfect location, right in the city center with many places within walking distance and several public transportation options. Perfect for a city break stay. I shared a bathroom, but that was fine, and I didn't experience much discomfort. I would definitely book here again if I return; the staff were also very friendly. I had a minor accident with a bottle of drink that fell on the floor, so I asked for a mop, and they immediately came to mop the room and gave me clean towels. A B&B with the service of a hotel. Checking in via the machines was easy, and everything was clearly explained and signposted. I was traveling solo as a woman and felt very safe! I would definitely recommend it to others.

Very central hotel, next to the Colón market. It has a bus stop nearby. It's super clean. There was a guy at reception who helped us check in. They also let us store our bags for free until 2:30 p.m. The only drawback we found was that noise from the rooms was very audible. Everything else was great.

Everything was great. The check-in process was a bit complicated for first-timers, but it was eventually resolved smoothly. The only downside was that the mattress was too soft. Everything else was excellent: clean and hygienic, decent soundproofing, and safe.

Central location, clean. A bit noisy and no parking.

Very good location and we appreciated that the air conditioning was on when we arrived.

A bedside lamp isn't a main light, a toilet hand basin isn't a proper washing option, and a shower stall you can't turn in is simply too small. Checking in is impossible without assistance because it's far too complicated.
