Realy good location! The service is realy good and they clean your apartment every day if you want. Its a bit noisy outside, but thats clearly normal at this place. The bed is good! And you have nice options for visting nice places around. My second time here and i definitly come back!:)

Everything about the apartment was perfect. Fully equipped, great location and extremely clean. Asked for the sofa to be made ready for arrival and it was. For a small extra, we were given keys to the private terrace which made the experience even better. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. All the staff were incurable too! Thank you x

Apartment very comfortable, very clean, very modern, very close to all most important monuments. Delicious breakfasts in the main hotel, just 3 minutes from the apartament. Great contact wiht the staff. We felt great there, I recommend!

Anderson City Flats. Fantastic location and accommodations. Everything it appears to be in the literature and more. Loved the flat concept overlooking a square with multiple balconies and located a very short distance from Mercat Central de Valencia. We felt like "locals". When we had a two day flight delay because of an airline ground maintenance crew strike, the Cosmo staff jumped into action and made certain we had accommodations for the additional two nights. We would definitely stay there again!

Booked the penthouse apartment directly on their website based on the description of it having direct access to a rooftop terrace. Before arrival had good communication via WhatsApp. Night before arrival receive message that there’s a problem with my cc and receive an email that my booking has been cancelled. I call and spoke to Lara who tried the cc again and I’m told that payment has now gone through and that her colleague must’ve made a mistake. She apologised and reassured me booking was fine. On arrival the taxi we’d booked with the apt didn’t turn up, despite us waiting around 10/15 minutes. We were delayed so thought they’d just given up. We arrived at the hotel Cosmo to check in for the apt. Was told that they’d been trying to contact me as the taxi had been there. I didn’t make a big deal of it. Then given check in instructions and directions for apt. Would’ve been a nice touch if the girl hanging around the reception desk would’ve take us there. On opening the door to the apt building, an overpowering stench of drains welcomed us. This stench continued as we entered the lift and the apt. On entering the supposed penthouse apt, we looked around the cramped space, searching for the direct access balcony. We soon realised that the balcony wasn’t direct access. We eventually worked out that a spiral staircase outside the apt entrance lead up to another floor. We climbed this precarious spiral staircase and worked out that the balcony was through a locked service door at the top of the staircase. The only reason the balcony was exclusive to us is that we had a key to the door but if we’d left the balcony and apt door open to ease bringing up Food and drink any of the other apts would have access to our apt and the balcony. We felt that we’d been mislead. Due to this and the unsafe stairs( husband’s disability made them unsafe) Also unsafe for an abled person taking up hot drinks. We decided to stay at the apt one night and then made contact via WhatsApp and having checked availability at the Cosmo Hotel for a room with a balcony, we asked to be moved there for the remainder of our stay. I must commend Lara and the management team who immediately agreed to moves us the next day without a drama. Please change the description on your website to prevent other guests being mislead. Specify the access is via a spiral staircase and you have to exit the apartment to reach it. Drain stench was addressed directly and I explained that I’m aware that the city and old building may have a whiff of drains but this was beyond a whiff!

We loved our time at the Anderson city flats which are perfectly placed for a central stay in Valencia. We were in apartment 4, which includes a private roof terrace, and it was lovely to sit and look across to the central market and the silk exchange. The apartment is very well equipped and was kept spotlessly clean throughout our stay with daily cleaning. We also really appreciated the friendly team at hotel cosmo who welcomed us and were always available if we had any questions - particularly Andrea who checked us in and gave us lots of helpful information for getting around Valencia. We would definitely recommend the Anderson city flats.
