Great experience, clean, have kitchen. perfect for family, couple of 2 cause the sofa bed is big. Kitchen are clean and, nespresso coffee, closed to the store and you can buy your own groceries and water. The store was affordable price, restaurant and bar near by.

Myself and members of my family visited valencia 27th October 2022 for five days it was great so much to do and see the lovely weather was a bonus we stayed in citizentral gascons apartments can't recommend them enough spotlessly clean safe and modern lovely helpful friendly staff five mins walk to cathedral shops restaurants bars two minutes walk will definitely be returning. We booked Citizentral Gascons for only one night, as we did not enjoy our previously booked hotel and left earlier then the check out date. We booked Citizentral on the day and everything went smoothly. At the check in, we received instructions for a keyless check in through an app but we weren'tmanaging it so we just went to the receptions (attention, not open all day, only 10h to 18h, bear that in mind) and the employee was very nice and helped us with a key card. The apartment itself was very nice and modern. Great for two people, but also had a sleeping couch for more. The kitchenette inclueded an microwave and a fridge. The bathroom was spacious and nice, the room also. The bed was comfortable and we really enjoyed our stay (unfortunately only 1 night=. The location is great, right in the city center, close to everything, sights like the cathedral and Plaza del Ayuntamiento, with lots of restaurants and shops near by, evn a small Carrefour express, so you can by some groceries. You could hear a bit of the guests on the next rooms but nothing that disrupted our rest. Overall, i recommend Citizentral Gascons for a next stay.

Great location and very friendly and helpful staff. If you have a large vehicle keep in mind that the garage is really narrow. Suggestion to the property owners: consider assigning parking spaces to specific vehicles based on their size so that it gets easier to maneuver the vehicles in such a tiny garage.

When we arrived with our car we were told we were not at the correct location, and had to drive through very narrow streets to another area of the city. This was not made clear to us before arriving. We had booked a parking space at the apartment, but were told we had not done this. The administration system was chaotic. Unfortunately the receptionist could only speak limited English which added to the confusion when speaking on the phone. The beginning of the holiday was spoiled because of the lack of detail created by the company.

We stayed in the superior penthouse. It is a nice appartment, very well located in the historic center, with a large terrace. I give it 4 instead of 5 stars, because the interior is very basic. It is for 4 persons, so in the kitchen you will find 4 plates, 4 knives and so on. Everything is clean, but it lacks a personal touch. The reception has limited opening times.

Abbiamo soggiornato in 3, due adulti e 1 bambino, inizio con il fare i complimenti alla reception perché prima dell’arrivo gli ho scritto diverse volte e rispondevano in pochissimo tempo, sempre molto gentili. Siamo arrivati a Valencia prima dell’ora del check in e ci hanno proposto subito di lasciare li le veligie cosi potevamo girare tranquillamente. Appena la stanza era pronta ci hanno contattato, super gentili . Stanza super pulita e completa di tutto, ogni giorno asciugamani puliti e pulia stanza, cosa che nn ci è mai capitata, nel giorno del check out una volta consegnate le chiavi ci hanno dato la possibilità di lasciare la le valigie fino a quando nn dovevamo ripartire per l’aereoporto. Ah dimenticavo ci hanno fatto trovare in camera acqua e caffè. Che dire se ritorno a Valenzia ritorno da loro. Grazie di tutto

Apartamento muy bien equipado,con una situación privilegiada para visitar Valencia.El personal hace muy fácil la estancia.Todo son facilidades para la entrada al apartamento y tienen muy buen trato resolviendo cualquier duda qué se tenga.El apartamento es amplio,muy completo y muy limpio.Volvere al Cutizentral

Abbiamo soggiornato con due bambini di 5 e 7 anni che hanno dormito comodamente nel divano letto. La casa è pulita,confortevole e in ottima posizione: vicinissimo al centro, ad una caffetteria dove far ottime colazioni, piccolo market per ogni necessità

Het is een goed van alles voorzien appartement. Heel centraal gelegen. Wel wat gehorig. Heel vriendelijke ontvangst. We kregen een mail met inloggegevens voor wanneer we onze sleutelkaartjes zouden zijn vergeten.
