The hotel itself is very nice. It looks beautiful and is very clean. My problem with the hotel, and this is no reflection on the staff, is that the pool, bar, and restaurant were all closed. The weather was beautiful and the main reason we picked this hotel was based on the pool on the rooftop. That was incredibly disappointing, so if you plan on staying here any time other than the middle of summer, don’t expect to use any of the amenities.

Great choice for quick access from the airport and to the centre via the metro. Professional and helpful staff at the front desk and fantastic chef.

It's about a 10-minute drive from the entertainment center. There is free parking at the door, which is quite convenient and feels relatively safe. There are gas stations, supermarkets, etc. around. The room size is OK. There is free juice 🍹 and coffee ☕️ and 🍎 in the lobby

The hotel is impressive, located next to the Beniferri metro station, which takes 7 minutes to get to the city center. The rooms are spacious and clean, the bed is comfortable, and the staff was attentive throughout.

It is the tallest building nearby, with a great view. Tea bags are provided, and the bedding is comfortable. If there is a room, you can check in without waiting until 3 o'clock. It meets the four-star standard. There are many restaurants nearby to choose from

It's not in the city center, but the service is very good. There is free coffee and juice in the lobby. It takes about 15 minutes to drive to the downtown attractions. There is no charge for parking in the end.

A wonderful hotel for a family stay. The reception was very friendly and the rooms were spotless. Very well soundproofed and everything was perfect. I highly recommend it.

We live on the 20th floor, with a great view and very close to the subway station, making it convenient to go everywhere. The bathroom is separated into dry and wet areas, with sufficient hot water, strong water pressure, and a very strong hair dryer. The bed is also very comfortable to sleep on and does not sag. But...it seemed that one of the desk lamps was not connected to the switch, so we had to unplug it to get a completely dark sleeping environment.

Excellent! Well situated, neat room, well-maintained appearance, no fuss but quick and clear handling at reception.

The location is excellent. The front desk service is polite and enthusiastic. They recommended many restaurants and attractions. They also prepared hot drinks, drinking water and snacks on the table. The breakfast was also good.

Everything was great, very good quality. The beds are very comfortable.
