The facilities are a bit old. Other than that it was quite good. It's in a quite neighborhood and easy to reach the city centre by bus.

Really pleasant stay at this hotel. Can’t comment too much on the amenities as I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel, but the room was comfortable and clean. Walking distance from the City of Arts and Sciences, and metro station.

Service was good and breakfast OK. However in room it was possible to smell smoke however room was non-smoking.

I liked the small balcony off of the room. The associate that checked me in was not so nice but all others were.

It is very loud in the hallway at night. And the doors slam very loudly. And you can hear everything that people upstairs are saying and walking through very thin walls.

Excellent hotel, varied buffet, clean and sufficient rooms. We parked in the hotel parking lot, small spaces but sufficient. Recommended.

Dated structure in need of renovation, services in NH standard

Everything was great...the breakfast was super.

For a hotel in the NH chain without parking... cleanliness leaves a lot to be desired and the rooms are not very nice or clean... Air conditioning did not work...

It is not quality NH hotels, it is a fraud, old, they charge for parking separately, ugly

There were Chinese people serving at the counter. When I saw a Chinese person, not only did they not receive me warmly, but they seemed to look down on the Chinese people and were unfriendly. This kind of service attitude is out of date today. The rooms are very small, the parking lot is charged, and the parking lot is open. Without the door, it is very inconvenient to get in and out!
