The hotel is new and clean. The staff is very friendly and outgoing. It takes 20 min to get ot the old city center by walk. Overall we really enjoyed our stay and the room. The only issue was the minibar containing a beer bottle refilled with water left by previous guests and empty complimentary water bottles at the check in and after the housekeepers visit. And the smart tv doesn’t connect to the phone (the code given is no longer valid) nor opens YouTube, so we could only watch Spanish television.

Lovely and helpful staff. Great location, only 15 minutes walk to old town. There are also a big mall and metro station downstairs, very convenient.

The room was clean, and the bed and pillows were soft. The staff were helpful with all our questions. The hotel's location was close to the historic center, with many restaurants and shops nearby.

Great location, close to the metro and bus. Rooms are quiet and good beds and airco. The swimming on the roof top is small but nice to have. Roof top bar is expensive, you pay 5,50 euro for a cappuccino, 5,00 euro for a tea, glass of wine or glass of beer.

Hotel location is good as it’s right next to a shopping mall with shops, supermarkets and dining places. The mall has few kids indoor and outdoor playgrounds where you can drop the kid (~8 euro for an hour). Hotel is newly renovated so it’s modern and clean. Breakfast was good and kids are free too. My family have a great time.

The lady that attend to us Elena is really marvelous and so helpful that makes us so welcome. Really brighten our stay although i must say the hotel is a bit dark. The corridors to the room and the room itself would be excellent if it was painted to similar color tone as the lobby as it will be more warming like the staffs rather than feelong a bit on the dark side.
