Very good attention from the staff, always available for what we needed. They kept our bags for us after we checked out. Daily room cleaning, very comfortable bed, modern bathroom, sea views.

Основное неудобство плохая шумоизоляция, шум доносится из коридора. И плохая вентиляция, после приема душа запотевали окна в номере. На одной из кроватей был хороший матрас, на другой похуже. Если останавливаться ненадолго отель вполне ничего. Брали из-за местоположение. Но по соотношению цена-качества в низкий сезон цена показалась дороговатой

Stayed in the hotel for 5 nights. It’s on a very busy main road, this did not affect our stay, windows are sound proofed. Staff very friendly and efficient, nothing was too much trouble. Stayed on the first floor, small lift was available. I had noisy neighbours in the next room, I mentioned it to reception. The issue was dealt with straight away. I only had two issues, 1) the front door step is hazardous, no warning and takes a bit of getting used to. The second, no tea or coffee facility in the room. There is tea/ coffee facilities near reception, however, if you’re an early riser your sat waiting around. Other than these 2 small issues, the hotel is lovely, would stay again.

Very friendly and helpful staff and the hostel is in a great location. Only issues are the walls must be thin as we could hear our neighbours conversation like they were in our room and we were situated by reception, which is clearly a busy area. Definitely a great place to stay, just get a room on a higher floor.

We really enjoyed our stay at Balcon Al Mar. Staff were friendly and helpful, the location is great - 5 min walk from a tram stop and 15 min walk to beach.
The rooms are fairly basic but very clean and comfortable - the mattress was very comfy! Air conditioning is brilliant and wifi was free and reliable.
The shower worked well which is always important for me!
For a more budget place this was amazing, all the things that were important to me were great and would stay here again.

Great location, close to marina and beach. The staff were friendly and helpful. Only negative was the loud noise from the maintenance work upstairs.

Great location! Very clean. Staff helpful and were extremely accommodating for our late arrival, even with a flight delay. This is a very good option for 2 or 3 people (we were a family of 3 in a room and it was absolutely fine)…A/C worked very well, free wifi, hairdryer in room.
5 mins walk to the marina, 15 mins walk to the beach. Definitely recommend hiring bikes to cycle to other attractions and into the old town - that takes 20 mins on a bike - loads of cycle paths from outside the hotel and all over the city.
Only additional comment I’d make is access to a kettle/coffee facilities in the room would be nice. Overall, it was great and we loved it here!
