El precio del alojamiento está muy muy por encima de lo que ofrece. El acceso al cuarto piso sin ascensor es a través de unas escaleras metálicas minúsculas que estoy seguro que no se acogen a las normativas de seguridad, prácticamente no se puede ni girar en cada rellano con una maleta pequeña. No quiero ni pensar qué puede ocurrir en caso de tener que abandonar los ocupantes de los 4 apartamentos el edificio en caso de emergencia... Totalmente desaconsejaba para el período de fallas puesto que hay justo una peña abajo y el ruido por la noche fue insoportable. Bien ubicado para el centro pero muy mal para toda la zona de ocio nocturno y gastronomía, que está muy lejos. Con el precio desorbitado (165 por noche) no es tolerable de que avisen de que el agua caliente es un termo de sólo 50 litros!! con lo que hay que reducir la ducha al mínimo para no gastar el agua .
