"My boyfriend (Irish) and I checked into this hotel on the afternoon of July 17th, and I was very disappointed with the experience. As a person with high requirements for accommodation, I carefully selected this five-star hotel and booked the room with my own money. As a result, I found that the service of this hotel was simply infuriating and even suspected of racial discrimination. There are three main points: First, we checked in at about 7:30 pm on July 17th. The front desk clerk only asked my boyfriend if he needed a drink and completely ignored me. You know, I booked the room and I was the one who checked in, but the clerk never asked me what I needed from beginning to end. This kind of differential treatment made me feel very uncomfortable. The next day, we went out late and left the hotel at about 2 pm. I went to the front desk to explain that I hoped they would help change the bedding, but other places did not need to be cleaned. As a result, when I returned to the room at night, I found that the bedding in the room had not been changed at all. This was very infuriating. It felt like my request was directly ignored. My boyfriend went to the parking lot to pick up the car first. If it was him, would it be different? The most unbearable thing was that I received a review email from the hotel after returning home. This email was sent to my boyfriend, not me. The reservation, payment, and all the information were in my name and email address. This kind of neglect and disrespect is simply unacceptable. Overall, this accommodation experience was extremely bad, and I felt that I was treated unfairly and discriminated against. I have been traveling in Europe for so long and stayed in many five-star hotels, but I have never encountered such an outrageous thing. I will share my experience on different platforms, and I will not recommend this hotel to any friends."
