The great experience started at the time we stepped in through the door; We had an early flight so we have to wait our room some time. During that, hotel offered some Cava and other refreshments. Same great treatment continued the rest of our one week visit. The staff is absolutely pro and the Hotel is one of the best we have visited, very clean and quiet and the breakfast is best in town. Location is very good, and if you needed a taxi, the guys in the lobby were handling it over. Very strong recommendation.

This is a fantastic hotel for a long weekend break. Very friendly staff, quiet and comfortable rooms and ideally situated for the old town. The spa was great, too. Highly recommended. The staff were very good at recommending other places to visit, not least an Irish pub round the corner when we wanted to watch the Euro 22 final. All in all, this is a place with a very good vibe. The prices are reasonable for a hotel of this quality.

It is very close to Valencia's home stadium, about 10 minutes walk, and also close to Valencia North Station. It takes about 10 minutes by taxi, about 15 Euros, without additional service charges. The front desk was very enthusiastic and told us some precautions for watching the ball. The room is larger than the Spanish hotel we have stayed in. The hotel room facilities are also complete. The front desk can provide conversion plugs for free.

My adult son and I travelled to Valencia from Benidorm by bus to go to the burning of the Fallas 'La Crema'. The hotel was great for the bud station as it's next door and there's a taxi rank outside, as well as a huge shopping mall with an El Corte Inglés opposite. However during La Crema, roads into the city centre are all closed so we had to walk everywhere and by the end of the Two days we were absolutely done in. It's a hood half hour walk across the old river bed to get into the main city. If I ever went to the fallas again I'd stay in the centre for sure. However the Turia itself is decent - great bathroom with soap and shampoo and a little balcony. Biggest issue for me was no kettle - I was dying for a cuppa in room! But aside from that it was clean and comfortable! Valencia is a beautiful city and if you are there outside of the Fallas fiesta it's s great location as we would have jumped in a taxi to town.

We have wonderful memories of our trip starting on December 28th and ending on January 14th. We were absolutely delighted with everyone in the Team, all extremely attentive and helpful. Plenty of nice attentions were given for Noche Vieja with grapes and Cava. Another surprise was for my birthday the day before we left! We were very pleased with the room although we have some reservations about certain areas that we could discuss with the team should we return in the near future. House keeping was very thorough and generous in bed changing and providing clean towels. The coffee maker let us down a little and it looked like it died on us the day we left! On the whole an amazing experience in the Valentia. We are Odette and Michael Docherty.

Great hotel. Gorgeous bathrooms, linens, amenities! Breakfast on the rooftop looked wonderful, but unfortunately, I was off and running every morning with no time for breakfast. The AC system went down while I was there (unexpectedly hot weather and a full-house), but the moment they knew there was a problem, they were on it. The manager graciously credited one night because of the inconvenience. Much appreciated. The bathroom!!!!!!!! Larger than some New York City apartments! Wonderful stay. Special kudos to the reception desk, including Leticia, Claudia, Vanessa and Gemma. Extra special kudos to Blanca who was extremely helpful. My only comment is that when I inquired about visiting the Aquarium the person working should have told me how horrific the lines were and should have suggested I purchase my entry ticket in advance. Sadly she did not and I spent more than 45 minutes standing on line in the heat. I think it would be nice if the receptionists could also act as concierges. Lastly, there is absolutely no excuse for a 4-star hotel not having SECURE Wi-fi. The Wi-fi was not secure (it's not expensive). In this day and age, secure Wi-Fi is a must. (Note: if there had been secure Wi-fi, I would have given the hotel 5 stars). Great location in the heart of the old city, but close enough to the new city. The bathrobes were a little ”old.” Time to replace.

Comfy beds and clean rooms. Nice bathroom, free waters replenished by cleaners every day. Close to all best locations of valencia. Welcome cocktails provided at another hotel which were lovely. The hotel was set on a quiet street mainly banks however bar underneath which is separate to the hotel can be a little noisy on saturday nights until 1.30am. Air con was set to 18 degrees and we were unable to change it. Air con wasnt very good and was very warm during the night. Beach and science museum were within 30 mins on the bus. Old town was 10 minute walk. Thank you for a great stay!

The hotel is very close to the new (high-speed train) and the old train station (and some high-speed trains). It only takes 5 to 10 minutes to walk without taking the wrong road. It is very good for two people or a family of many people, and for several couples. Friends are also very suitable, two bedrooms and a living room, one of the bedrooms can be two single beds, there is a fully equipped kitchen, you can cook immediately, there is a washing machine on a small balcony, two bathrooms, the whole apartment is very new , Clean, quiet, and feel very good at home. If you have plenty of time, it only takes 10-15 minutes to walk into the city center. The hotel does not provide any food, but there are many restaurants, small supermarkets and many Chinese restaurants nearby. The hotel is basically the guests themselves Management, the staff go to work from 10 am to 6 pm, the hotel door enters and exits with the password button to open the door, tell the staff what time to leave the store before checking out, only need to put the key in the room when leaving the store, pay attention to any garbage Put in the trash

We were pleasantly surprised at the one bedroom suite we stayed in. A first for us on a city break and would definitely consider staying in a serviced apartment again as opposed to a hotel. Much more reasonable price wise. The location of our suite was very central allowing us to walk to all places within Valencia old town. The suite was very modern and clean with great amenities. The bed was very comfortable. The kitchen well equipped.

My partner and myself havejust stayed 4 nights in the hotel. We took the metro direct from the airport and the nearest stop is Angel Guimares. The hotel was quite easy to fin£ from the metro station and about 8-10 minutes walk. It is well situated in the old town. The check in was easy and efficiently carried out by Alejandro who was informative and speaks very good English. The room was very nicely furnished in a comfortable, modern design. It even had a small kitchenette with fridge, cutlery, microwave, cups, plates and kettle, although we didn’t use them. There was a large walk in shower which was powerful with loads of hot water. The only critisism would be that the memory foam mattress on the bed needed turning. Adjacent to the hotel is a new restaurant, but doesn’t belong to hotel. We ate dinner there the first night. The food was good and quite original and good value at €14.90 for 3 courses. This is a pleasant, small hotel with nice staff. There is plenty of local transportvery close to the hotel, but we walked every where as it is central. Would stay again.
