Nice place...clean in the sauna and swimming areas.The SPA and props are dated, looking weared. Works to renew parts were going on and everybody received a compensation for the inconvenience. Breakfast was TOP-quality.

Great hotel, nice service, clean and comfortable room, great spring water. Really enjoyed my stay at Valkenburg.

Spectacular.

What a wonderful stay! We booked two nights, and you can use the wellness center for three full days! Beautiful hotel and very friendly staff. The town of Valkenburg is just a stone's throw away, ideal! We'll definitely be back!

Empty bottles with corks were found on the terrace. A shoe and lipstick from previous jotel guests were found under a cupboard. The same cupboard had likely never been cleaned. This was also reported at checkout.

The hotel is in a superb location overlooking the town. All the Christmas attractions (grottos, Winter Wonderland, etc.) were within easy walking distance. It was absolutely quiet at night, both inside and outside the hotel. Breakfast was ample and very tasty. Oddly, there were no small spoons for the eggs, but that was forgivable. The room was perfectly acceptable for two nights. The only negative point I have to mention was the hair in the bathtub. This was completely out of character with the rest of the hotel's overall impression. Otherwise, I can wholeheartedly recommend the Thermae 2000 for a stay in Valkenburg.

Ending my trip with my mom at Thermae2000 was the best decision I made during this trip! The friendly staff made it even more memorable.

You can book the best day clothes and still get into the pool the next day. So, two days actually.

Our room, 318, wasn't exactly clean. The previous guest's hair was still on the wall in the bathtub, and there were spider webs on the ceiling. The spa was good and clean. The restaurant service was really great! The food was okay.

The location was okay. The elevator was incredibly noisy throughout the day and at night. The pool was incredibly crowded. Tip: bring earplugs because they don't provide them.

Very clean, all rooms have direct access to the hot springs, very convenient, and it is very cost-effective to book a hotel to go to the hot springs. I will come again next time! There is a good restaurant nearby for eating ribs. It is called De Zoete Zoen. After taking a hot spring bath, you can walk a few steps here to eat.

We couldn't stay at the hotel because it was overbooked. We were allowed to swim for free, but were asked to go home.

Upon arrival, we were surprised by the brand-new reception area: modern, stylish, and exceptionally comfortable. To our surprise, we were the very first to sit in the new armchairs – a small detail that gave our stay a very special touch. The staff deserves every praise: extremely professional, attentive, and genuinely friendly. From the very first moment, we felt welcome and well cared for. Check-in went smoothly and with a smile, and we immediately received a clear explanation of all the facilities. In the morning, we enjoyed a delicious breakfast: fresh, extensive, and perfectly prepared. Everything was provided for a delicious start to the day – from crispy rolls to fresh fruit juices and healthy options. The sauna was, as always, super relaxing. In short: our stay at Thermae 2000 was a pleasure in every way. The combination of a beautifully renovated reception, top-notch service, and culinary delights makes this hotel highly recommended. We're already looking forward to returning!
