- Most of the rooms are in the old building, those are different rooms than the rooms on the pictures. - We were ‘lucky’ to have a room in the new building but it was one with no day light, we could hear every sound of the hallway and the lobby. There were guests in the lobby talking during the night which kept us awake. The staff is very loud and using loud walkytalkies from 7AM. - The included breakfast is very small, consists of two tablespoons of yoghurt, one tablespoon of granola, 2 small sliced of old bread and if you are lucky and wait long enough you will get some pieces of fruit. Coffee was possible, tea wasn’t as the staff only offered iced tea when I asked (in Spanish, still not possible). - We asked for another room and moved to a bigger room in the old building, this one is more quite but very outdated. Due to this there are a lot insects in the room. - The shower was very uncomfortable, not enough water and it went everywhere around. There is also a quite unpleasant smell from the sewer (both rooms). - The curtains in the room could not be closed as the system was broken. - Television is above the bed, if you get out of bed during the night you are very likely to bump your head. - Be very careful at the pool: there was a random guy (not a guest) who sat at a chair and was looking at women while touching his genitals, provoking people. The hotel solved it well by sending him away when we told the staff, but it was a very unpleasant experience although this was of course not the fault of the hotel. To summarize: let’s hope the hotel will soon renovate the rooms in the old building, they are large and the location of the hotel is also very good (walking distance from centre).
