The hotel is in a perfect location, close to the town's central square, with its own parking. Spacious and comfortable room with air conditioning, but the paint needs updating. It has an excellent restaurant for dinner and a great breakfast included in the price. Perhaps what I liked least was the reception staff, who, although friendly, don't provide information about all the town's leisure options. They have a large cenote just a few blocks away, which they didn't even mention when I asked.

We had booked the hotel to get to know the city and go to visit Chichén Itzá it happens that for a reason of force majeure we had to postpone our trip by 01 day, we asked TRIP to contact the hotel and change our reservation what had been denied, in our understanding the hotel preferred to keep the reservation value, rather than change our date, because that way it would have its profit without any expense, it turns out that we had booked a Resort in Cancún, the Live Aqua Viva Resort that different from this hotel understood our problem and made the change of date without the slightest difficulty, with that, in addition to showing interest in the customer, we had wonderful moments in a hotel in which every moment we saw the whim and care with the guest never seen before. For all that, I don't recommend it and if I were TRIP I would take this hotel as its partner.

The hotel is in a very good location. The price is also very cheap. The staff are all friendly and there is also a small swimming pool. The restaurant is great for the price. But the bedding smelled of sweat.

住的十分滿意的酒店！ 地理位置市中心教堂對面； 家庭房寬敞舒服，有空調而且很強勁並配上吊扇； 衞生沒看出太大問題； 早餐在酒店漂亮的花園餐廳裏，服務很棒！ 推薦。
