It's a great place, the scenery is very good, the indoor facilities are great, the bathroom floor is still warm at night, the wooden hotel, it feels particularly good, it is suitable for relaxing. . . . But the waiters were not professional and the check-in was not smooth, and I was required to send proof emails, etc. In addition...the waiters were not very clever, which seriously reduced the experience.

This place is magical everything was amazing!! Service was on point, José Luis and Noel really made our experience feel better than home :) having breakfast in front of the waterfall is priceless. This place made us feel we were in nature and help us relax with all the stress life brings to us. Thank you!!!

Mucho que desear. Es un hotel muy básico y muy caro en relación precio valor. Tomando en cuenta que por 1000 te puedes hospedar en el Santuario. No tiene vista al lago, no hay restaurante, las áreas comunes no son bonitas, no hay elevadores. La llegada está terrible. En fin estamos aquí desafortunadamente por que aquí nos enviaron los organizadores de la convención. Pero jamás lo recomendaría ni vendrían de nuevo.
