Fabulous place. Beautiful rooms wonderful restaurant and great breakfast. Pool area is really good too. Only 35 mins to Rome in the train. Lovely restaurants around Valmontone. Great place to relax and unwind. Staff very friendly and helpful

Clean hotel, nice, large area, great pools. But I always expect from "agriturismo" a good cuisine or at least a decent breakfast. The restaurant was very disappointing, not tasty and high prices, and for breakfast I would be ashamed if I were the owners, only muffins and croissants, not even a piece of cheese, I see for the first time such a thing in Italy. And also, I've read on their website that the hotel had good deals on tickets to Magicland. That's not true, they don't sell any tickets there, so I had to spend a lot of time buying them because of that.

Struttura molto spaziosa , per fare colazione bisogna prendere la macchia. Colazione discreta. Camera che puzzava di fumo. Non. C è un. Bollitore in camera o un telefono, se hai bisogno di qualcosa devi prendere la macchina ed andare alla reception. Fanno pagare anche i neonati, quindi se dovete andare con i bambini sappiate che pagano anche se hanno 1. Mi hanno addebitato 30 euro ( il giorno della partenza e mo. All arrivo avvisandomi ) per un bambino di 2 anni che non ha usufruito di niente né della culla né della colazione. Il proprietario ha preferito i 30 euro anziché a un ritorno del cliente ed a un buon passa parola.

Bellissima location, personale gentilissimo, camere da letto comode e pulite. Ristorante veramente buono. Un luogo da favola adatto a rigenerare mente e fisico. Consigliatissimo per famiglie con bambini e per chi cerca un luogo tranquillo ed elegante

Pernottamento di una notte, tutto ok dalla camera al vitto al conto finale. Ottima location immersa nel verde con parco e piscina annessi. Certamente molto più godibile nel periodo primaverile o estivo, non appena mi sarà possibile vorrei tornarci per un periodo più lungo.

Ci sono capitato per caso per necessità ma è stata una piacevole scoperta. Struttura puacevole camere pulite e ben tenute, ottimo ristorante con cucina a vista e ottima colazione con tutti dolci fatti in casa. Consigliato soprattutto in primavera e estate perché ci sono le piscine. da ritornare.

Location molto bella, nel verde con caseggiati dislocati a distanza tra loro. Ben tenuto tutto, camere ampie con arredi funzionali e grandi bagni . Pulizia ottima. Il ristorante sembra fuori tema per un agriturismo.. cucina ottima, ma servizio e hotellerie da hotel 5 stelle ..senza portaposate però, e quindi, poggiato il tovagliolo sulle gambe, le posate restano direttamente sul vetro del tavolo.. ambiente un po' formale e freddo. Il buffet della colazione essenziale, buone le torte, succhi di frutta in caraffa di cui indovinare dal colore il contenuto .. non un cartello. Sui tavoli cestino dei rifiuti, portabustine di zucchero e portatovaglioli tipo da bar ..poi ci si apparecchia da soli..
