I stayed here for 4 nights to meet a Japanese friend who lives near the hotel. On the day of my return, I had to catch an early morning flight, so I booked a taxi, but it didn't come even after waiting for an hour. I was very worried, but the woman at the front desk told me that it would be better to use Uber, so I downloaded the app, called Uber, and somehow managed to get on the plane. The woman at the front desk was very kind and brought us breakfast because we were returning on an early morning flight. Thank you for being so kind to us Japanese who don't speak English.
The room was very clean and comfortable.
There is also a microwave, so you can eat what you buy at the nearby supermarket.
I would like to stay here again when I come again.

Finding this place was really tough - the roads are not driver friendly or good for newcomers - we drove past it twice. Check in was easy and nice, our young man was new and unfortunately would not put us in a room on the 2nd floor because of my service dogs - so the room smelled funny, and the bottom of my feet got dirty. I was told by the front desk the next morning it was the tile - it made everyone's feet black. Breakfast was a real disappointment, and the breakfast staff didn't understand english. Eggs, sausage was cold, and selection poor. I was not impressed with the surroundings - we walked around the property and didn't feel too safe in the area. Not someplace I'd stay again.

Pros: 1. Great breakfast 2. Helpful staff 3. Easy access to the I-5 Cons: 1. Room was smaller than anticipated. 2. Room was NOT soundproof 3. Hazardous plug socket with no cover next to the bed (see picture provided) I don’t think that the price is equivalent to the experience!

We woke to ants covering food and crawling across the entertainment center and in the fridge as well as the sheets were threadbare and had melted holes and snagged holes. The receptionist was great. Manager said the ants are known issue however we were unaware. She only offered a 15% discount off the room rate (not total costs). We recommend you be aware of the ants and/or find somewhere else to stay.

Everything matched up with what we have learned to expect from a bestWestern establishment. The "basics " are available for breakfast, coffee is not "warmed over" all day, the staff quick but cordial. Overall we were very satisfied with our stay!

When making our reservation I noted we would need a late checkin. Circumstances changed and we arrived early. Carrie, at the front desk, was very personable and friendly, allowing us to check in early. We had a room on the ground floor. The person in the room above us walked like an elephant but that is not this hotel’s fault. The room was clean, with a/c running (very hot day for Vancouver) and kept the room very cool. There are many homeless on the outskirts of the property but they stay off the property, they never bothered us and I felt safe staying here. The breakfast was good - scrambled eggs, tater tots, link sausage, assorted juices, waffles, yogurt, pastries including assorted bagels, and cereals. There was plenty of seating available in the dining area and it was kept very clean. We will stay here again when we return to visit family again.

Don't let the neighborhood be off putting, this is an excellent and safe hotel. They listen to their customers suggestions and take action. Being handicapped we found the renovations to the bathrooms very well suited for us. The staff is friendly and accommodating. The breakfasts are bountiful, eating area is very clean with condiments on each table making it more a personable atmosphere. We love that is is off the freeway, close to restaurants and grocery stores as well as gas stations and many many other stores. We always stay at the Best Western Inn of Vancouver and highly recommend it!

Property is very well maintained, room was squared away and very clean. The walk-in shower and the overall bathroom upgrade was a great feature especially for seniors.

Nicely updated room. Off the Main Street quiet. It was clean and the staff was very nice. Would come back.
