I really like this hotel. It's very new and smells good. Breakfast is delivered directly to the room. It's large and delicious. The front desk also gave me a high-rise room with a great view. It's next to JW. You can change rooms.

Super nice hotel, new and big, in the city center, meets the five-star standard, there are Chinese-speaking service staff at the front desk, there is no refrigerator in the room, and there is a free ice machine in the corridor, if you need iced drinks, go get the ice yourself Good, the bed is big, the bedding is comfortable, and it is cleaned and tidy every day. Don’t forget to leave a tip of $5 next to the pillow~ There are supermarkets and restaurants in the surrounding area. Don’t worry about homeless people. Homeless people are only 2 kilometers away activities in that area. Overall recommendation, perfect~

Our first time staying at this hotel and it was great. We will be returning. The BC Market restaurant was very good, with great food and service. The room service was very good and fast and easy to order via the online order system. The only area that we thought could use some attention is the in-room coffee but it wasn't terrible.

We loved staying here, the staff is amazing. I do have some observations:
1) Communication amongst staff members is not the same as they would tell us different things on perks like their hot chocolate station, or free gift wrapping. It is minor but still, there was noise in the communication.
2) We stayed there for seven nights and our room had practically no closet space. We were very comfortable and the bed was amazing but yeah, we had practically nowhere to put both of our clothes, both of all of our clothes.
3)Hotel guests can have access to a film camera and have the film developed after the stay. They never had a camera available and the other that they did have, was broken, so again, I would recommend getting the communication efforts straight.
4) they have free beer and kombucha tastings at the lobby. Again, it depended on the staff in turn at the front desk as some of them were accommodating and nice, and others would make a face if we asked for more lol.
5) Once I checked out, I forgot a tote bag in my room with local artwork. I tried calling the hotel to absolutely no avail. Some call center God knows where answered and they did not know their nose from their elbow. Our Uber driver drove us back in a rush and we went up with a staff member to our room to retrieve the tote. I received a call that night from the call center stating they had not found the tote lol. Ridiculous.
All in all, I loved this hotel. Their communication efforts need to be strengthened.

Convenient location if you’re heading to Rogers arena. Was looking forward to going to the Lounge but it was closed.
