The second floor has a big bedroom with a queen size bed, an entry closet, and a bathroom as well.
The washing machine and dryer are available for use. All bedding and towels are cleaned after check out.
There’s a private parking lot beside the house.
10-mins driving to Downtown, UBC, Granville Island. 10-mins walking to grocery store, Starbucks, restaurants, and bus station too. 20-mins driving to YVR Airport and Richmond.

Reading the reviews led us to choose this place, and it was absolutely the right decision! There were three of us in the family, and the main room on the second floor had a queen-size bed, while the living/dining room on the first floor had a sofa bed. The rooms and all the amenities were clean and well-maintained. There was even a coffee machine, so we could brew and enjoy coffee every morning. The location is excellent, nestled in a quiet residential neighborhood.
I think it's a very convenient location for getting anywhere.
Finally, I'd like to thank the wonderful owner.

A new laneway house equipped with all the equipment you'll need. A freindly family that lives at the main house. Easy to commute either with a car or Uber around Vancouver. 20 minutes to the airport.

Private, comfortable modern ( new) & owners were very responsive to helping tune the TV when we were hoping to watch! Easy to get places from this location. A great cafe & restaurant across the park. 10/10 rating ! Thank you.

It was fantastic to stay in a newly opened Air B&B suite where we enjoyed a high-level privacy and a very tranquil neighborhood. The owners were very kind and always tried their best to facilitate our stay. If this suite appeared earlier in the list, I'd definitely booked all my stay in this place.
The location has an easy access to King Edward Ave by using a staircase at Puget Dr & W 24 street. All-in-one with kitchen, laundry and parking just made it so family friendly and homy. Highly recommended!!

衞生：乾淨。設施先進。電視頻道很少，免費的衹有聽歌。司機把我們拉到了正門，而不是車庫一邊的後街，所以找密碼箱找了很久。最後聯繫了客服才找到。
