It was great experience with Rosedale. Front desk staff was friendly. We were able to drop our luggage before check in time. Location is great and close to everything. Room is clean and spacious, comes with kitchenett, love the view from our room too.

Excellent staff, rooms appear to be vacuumed but does not appear to be deep cleaned. Due to amount of dust dirt still present.

When I booked on Trip.com, I was blown away by how great it was! First of all, Gastown is within a 20-minute walk, with a convenience store and restaurants right in front. The bar next to the hotel lobby is also really nice. The accommodations are in great condition, and while it rained so I couldn't use it, the terrace is charming! The staff are friendly, and they even had a cute chocolate event on Halloween... It was really good value, clean, and great!💕

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Everything was perfect, the apartment was spotless, comfortable and fully equipped with everything needed for a great stay. It felt like a home. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming and always helpful. The overall experience exceeded expectations and I would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended!
