La Résidence du Parc Vanves

This hotel is incredibly convenient, just a one-minute walk across the street to Hall 7 of the exhibition center (which is the convention center). The staff are super friendly and the rooms are spacious, with a kitchen which is a huge plus. There's a Carrefour supermarket and a metro station both about a 10-minute walk away. My only minor gripes are that the bathroom has a partial barrier which isn't ideal, and as it's an apartment hotel, there's no daily housekeeping – ordering a cleaning seems to cost around 40 Euros. Overall, I highly recommend it for its great value for money.

Very pleasantly surprised by this residence, a very clean room, well prepared and in addition very well received by the manager at reception. Ideally located opposite the exhibition center, I would not hesitate to return.
