Great location, just a short walk to the bus station and metro, with plenty of shops nearby. The room was beautiful and matched the description. It included a small kitchen equipped with utensils, a fridge, and even a fan, which was a great help for the summer heat.

Was in a good location, and the front desk was friendly. The pool wasn't warm, and the pool environment wasn't as expected. Appreciated the free water and coffee at the reception. It's not too bad overall.

Breakfast is really limited. 2 different type of hams + different types of cheeses. After 5 days we got so sick of it as there are no options. Room was really good tho, had whole kitchen with all things needed.

Spent only one night there waiting for the morning flight. Convenient location easy access with subway, several restaurants on the street and on the main square there is a large supermarket. Decent accommodation

Comfortable beds, clean linens, a nice kitchen area. A bit far from the center, but close to the metro. Everything you need is nearby: a supermarket, cafes, etc. Trip.com didn't mention that we'd be charged a city tax of ~44 euros. It said all payments had been paid. Unpleasant. I recommend this hotel.

The hotel was clean and check-in was quick. The staff was very friendly, ready to answer any questions and help with anything. There's a metro station and a store nearby. From the metro, it's literally 10 minutes to the city center, so finding everything was easy even without prior planning (we were in Vienna for one night and only had a couple of hours to explore). There are no slippers or robes in the room, but everything else is there. Everything was great, thank you! I would have liked to stay longer, but alas.

The receptionist was very friendly and helpful. I recommend it. The dryer was broken, so the laundry was still damp, but other than that it was perfect! The bakery nearby is delicious.
