This is one of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. The overall service quality was extremely poor, and the staff behavior was highly unprofessional. In particular, the Front Office Manager, Mr. Avinash Singh, was very uncooperative and did not provide proper assistance when needed. Additionally, the services provided by the hotel were not satisfactory, and the food quality was also below expectations. Such poor standards significantly affect the overall guest experience. Moreover, it is concerning that some staff members who have worked for around 20 days have not been paid their salaries. This is unfair to the employees, as all staff work hard with the expectation of receiving their rightful payment. I kindly request the management to address these issues seriously, improve the service standards, ensure cooperative behavior among staff, and most importantly, pay the pending salaries of the employees who have worked. Proper treatment and timely payment are essential for maintaining a professional and ethical work environment
