It's clean and the food is fine, but there's no hot water. It's far from the Ganges River, but it's nice and peaceful. The service and hospitality at the front desk was very good. Other than the hot water, there were no problems!

Value for money, helpful staff,tasty food . Room ambience is nice.All amenities was placed in the bathroom. Linen was neat and clean.

Rooms are good and comfortable. Services are also good and staff response was excellent. I stayed for 2 days. The quality and variety of breakfast was also good.

It is very poor quality low end Hotel, I don't how it got rating of 3 star. The room size is very small, there is no space to move. Furniture, mattress, bed linen are old and badly need replacement. Unfortunately I landed in this hotel as it was booked by my travel agent who I felt cheated me out. Buffet Breakfast was slightly better that is why I gave poor rating otherwise it was below that.

The location is good. The reception people are cordial. Room is spacious. The bathroom is spacious and with good amenities

The staff was good and the food ordered to room was good. The room i got was not clean. The sofa had holes and there was insects on it. The bedsheet was not clean as well. There was water logging in bathroom and on complaining, a person checked and never came back to fix it. Overall not worth the money paid.

Hotel is in a great location, close to the railway station, restaurants, etc. There always plenty of auto rickhaw drivers waiting outside for convenience. The amenities, however, were less than ideal. Hot water is not available whenever needed, we had hot water for 2 out of the 4 days we stayed there. Also, the fridge is the room was out of service. The food at the restaurant was not that great. I'd give it a 3/5 rating, purely based on the good service we received.

Property is at prime location near cantonment and food is awesome. Overall all the staff members are always ready to help

The hotel is good. Ajay and Anurag are very prestative and always intended to help the guests. The hotel counts on a restaurant which serves good food, but remember to say to the waiter you want it "not spicy", otherwise you will feel the real taste of India.

This one is worst hotel which I saw in my life. I booked at 10pm and reached 11pm after completing my work when I go to bed found common bed bugs over the bed sheet. When I removed blanket then both blanket cover and bed sheet is very dirty having huge dust. I recommend sleep over road but don't go to this hotel even they offering to free of cost.

Rooms are oak y and small in size. The food options in the breakfast are limited. No hot water in the shower.
