Nice location Nice staff  Saurabh is there for every assistance  Amit is also available for assistance  Location is also close to Vishwanath temple All toiletries were there and they didnt make us hurried for checkout also They also came to pick us from a certain location and drop us thats a good gesture from staff I hope they keep maintaining the property timely and make it super neat ever

I wanted to see the Ganges River, and the hotel's location was excellent for that. The hotel also provided an airport transfer service for a fee. The staff guided me very thoroughly, so even though it was my first trip to India, I had no issues. Since it's India, it's to be expected, but there's no hairdryer, so you'll need to bring your own. The shower pressure was good, and hot water was available, which was a great help. I was able to sleep very soundly.

I highly recommend staying at this hotel which is a great hotel. We ran into trouble as soon as we arrived at Baranashi. It was still before check-in time, but when I went to Hotel Bagla Atithi Banaras, the front desk staff contacted the manager. The manager rushed to me immediately and supported me as much as I could. The manager was worried about us during our stay and spoke to us. If I hadn't met the manager and staff of this hotel, my memories in Varanasi would have been sad. But thanks to them, it was a wonderful stay. This hotel is within walking distance of the most famous Dashashwamedh Ghat, located in the center of Varanasi. The location is also great. The hotel room, bathroom, bed, everything is perfect. The shower has plenty of warm water. The shower has plenty of warm water. the bed was large and clean, and it healed my tired body by walking around the city of Varanasi. If you are hungry, please go to the restaurant on the 4th floor. you can eat clean, warm and delicious food. All the restaurant staff are also very kind. The location is perfect to visit Kashi vishwanath, Annapurna temple and Ganga evening arti - both are short walks. Easy to visit many other temples and ghats. Food - decent breakfast with options. Once morning visits are over, one can relax have breakfast and plan the next outing. Getting in and out can be tricky. Get your cab or auto driver to drop to beniya car park and take a cycle auto to come to Sarafa Gali junction.. Hotel will send staff to help pick up the luggage. Overall a great stay and I'm really happy that we chose this hotel

It was easily accessible and within walking distance to the Ganges River. The room was clean and simple, and it was very comfortable! The staff were also very kind and helpful in arranging taxis, etc.
