It’s cleanness rooms and blankets. Only walk to go main road no other service available no auto or rickshaw.

They are very good at hosting. Good hotel and few meters away from ghats. Had a very pleasant time.

Hotel is very Near to Ganga arathi and temple. As we know all road in kasi are very small. so from ma8n road we need to walk little inside.

hotel staff on reception totally frustrate person he just talk customer with rude launguage like gali and no tv connection not provide tea and breakfast even room not clean bathrooms door is not working

The position of this hotel is too bad. Specially for aged person. And its not a hotel. You can say its lodge. Fooding facility are not available here. They tie up with a local hotel. They were serve terrible food. The rooms are not worthy. Small room. I m not satisfied. Me and my mother are not happy. In that we get room only one small cupboard and a chair. No availability of table and chairs for eating anything. I ask for those things. They provide 2 small tools and qs a table. And that one is too low hight. Yes bathroom also disputed. They have not repair it. Only one care taker is their. Kailash ji. Yes he always help me and maa. And always take care of my mom. As the hotel is situated n ali golu. So vehicles are not able to came so kailash ji help my mother to go that places from where we can get a vehicle. I give hi. 1500 as tips. I know money can't value his efforts. But i tried to help him as a human being. But i must say the behaviour of the hotel mannager and his staffs is very nice. They are very helpful also. But they needs to be more careful on their rooms. Thats it.

Very nice place anf hotel in this area is very good, beautiful surroundings, staf is very good, professional and helping nature. Love to visit again again, Facilities provided are standard Good and quality furniture and toilet are very clean. Love it

No aircon, the aircon was not functioning well. After check-in and i checked out within few hours never stay overnight. I booked other hotel and left.

I checked in the hotel at 7 pm but condition of the hotel was very bad. Ac was not working at all. When we complained about this on make my trip the hotel owner told us to vacate the hotel hence we vacated the hotel at 1 am in morning and we have to book another hotel. I want a full refund for this stay. This is a harrasment where in the middle of night i have to roam at roads with my newborn baby. I was not at all safe. When we were complaining about the hotel with your customer care executive they threatened us. This was such a terrible experience. I will put up a high level complaint for this. This is not at all acceptable. I want a refund for my money and explanation for this.

Hotel is at very close but streets near hotels are dirty. Hotel manager was very wierd nature. He always stay angry. If you ask for something he directly say it's not in their tradition. Breakfast they bought from outside and they don't hear it and directly serve to you. We booked three rooms there. We ask to clean our room after coming from temple around 3 pm. He told us we don't clean after 11. It's not in our tradition. We booked hotel for 10 people in which 7 adults and three kids (aged 5, 8 and 11. Hotel didn't provide breakfast for kids and we asked them to heat milk ( we bought from outside. He said no we will not do it. Also he said no for extra tea for which we were paying. He took charges from us of kids made wall dirty with their hands. He was totally money minded. For milk for kids he started fighting and scolding kids and adults. Our stay was very unpleasant and terrible. Please don't book this hotel and moreover this hotel is not having license somehow they are managing hotels for earning money.

Service was poor action of staff was not prompt. Location though near ghats but in snkchut street off

Property on good location but way are very nerrow gully. 2 to 3 minutes from ashwamedh ghat and opp mum2 cafe in gully. Nice stay at hotel and staff are helpful.

Place was clean. Very near to main dasashwamegh ghat. Tv was not working at all. The staff is very helpful. They try best to help.

No connectivity by auto car any wheel and no attendant for any order either phone or call bad service on responding
