Worst staff, they were cheaters, avoid this hotel.

Staff is very nice and well-maintained and also service very excellent and Mr Param tap dubey is a receptionist very polite and ***age to all setuation within 5 minutes.i told him ac problem he will be solved problem within 2 minutes it's nice ***. Restaurant: food is good and restaurant staff very good and fast sarvice. Food taste out of 10 I give only 7 ,my experience is awesome in this hotel. Location: this location near by kashi vishwanath temple just 1.5km and there also near kalbhairav temple. House keeping: Room interior is awesome and cleanses excellent no any dust any corner. Room boy very smart and service's very fast within 20 minutes service done. This hotel provides tour facility very reasonable cost so this very comfortable for me.

A good stay with clean rooms and able staff. Have decent options of indian food on the menu, and okayish inclusive breakfast. Staff is extremely helpful (namely Ashish, Ajit and Amit). Mattress, AC, hot water available. Good quiet place in otherwise noisy city with close proximity to ghats

Good hotel to stay, very pleasant and silent. The hotel staffs are good behaving and helpful. The guide associated with us showen all the places. ( IN particular the ganga arthi is one of the excellent watch from boat and the arrangement by the hotel is good. We had food at the restaurant as buffet which is good in particular a combined continental breakfast.

Very good experience ..nice hotel in centre of the city...Deluxe rooms are bit small but have all the amenities,also ventilation in the room has been taken care..Breakfast was also very good...a special mention to Mr Santosh for his services at restaurant.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise and Ashish Dubey was a pleasant surprise. Krishna Singh ji also gave a pleasant surprise by keeping the kitchen open till 11 pm... Hoping for a great stay and a lot more help from Ashish Dubey.. Just a premium place to stay in Varanasi

Hotel ambience is good. The rooms were clean, the linen were nice. The bell boys and reception staff were very courteous and helpful. The F&B ***ager Mr. Jay Prakash's services were excellent. We were group of 22persons from Chennai. He would discuss the menu every day. In fact he allowed our people to prepare Rasam at the kitchen. His attitude was par excellence.

The stay was comfortable. Rooms are good. The staff is quite responsive and humble. The hotel can arrange for your tours in and around Kashi on chargeable basis. One can have their own itinerary. Accordingly the hotel tour desk shall arrange.

I stayed in this hotel for three nights with my parents which was the biggest mistake to select this hotel. a. Room - We booked Tiple Deluxe room through *********** and the room was not provided as promised. The room is triple bed but not deluxe. Do not get deceived by the pictures posted by the hotel ***agement on any travel websites. They took the payment prior to checkin, and unfortunately we could not move out as we made the full payment. Also, the room was not cleaned and the Duvet and Beds where full of stains which we complained multiple times and got changed only the next day. b. Trip Assistance - Please NEVER EVER chose this option as they influence you to take the package. We paid rs9200 for 2 days trip but there was lot of pressure from the hotel ***agement to finish it in 1.5 day (before 1PM) and the Trip Advisor (Mr. Amit) is very tricky with his words, so please be conscious in dealing with him. Also, the payment for trip is not worthy we realised everything is very close by and they portrayed initally it is very far from the hotel. The ***gement also pressures to have the North Indian Meal in their hotel, which is very much unacceptable and they chosing our preferences of our meals. I would suggest SOUTH INDIANS DO NOT PREFER THIS HOTEL. c. Hotel/ Restaurant - The dinner and breakfast is buffet. And the service provider asks you with multiple questions if you take more items, and the taste is very average and not freshly cooked. Personally, I felt the hotel ***agement treats south Indians differently compared to the locals. PLEASE DO NOT PREFER THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A PEACEFUL AND PLEASANT STAY IN KASI/ VARANASI. The ***agement is full of deceiving and terrible behaviour
