This hotel is having different Aura, specially food wise they're having super delicious food, their staffs are extremely professional, perfect in everything, special thanks to babita, ved prakash ji , vaishali ji, and special thanks to brijesh ji for providing us everything everytime well service

We had a great stay at the Hotel Pinnacle gate Varanasi, enjoying excellent service, delicious food, and reliable Wi-Fi. The customer service was top-notch, and we look forward to returning in the future. This hotel is in close proximity to Isipathana and Kashi temple.

Hotel interior is really good, I came with my group for lunch only, but I found this place really good for food, they made Thai food for my group, and their chef made really super tasty for my group, special thanks to ***n, Ravi chef , and vaishali for everything

Hotel is situated in a very good area, which is full of spirituality, rooms were very comfortable, this hotel is having indoor swimming pool, food in this hotel is really yummy, they can customise your food choice, employees are really great I would love to thanks the complete team of this hotel.

To this hotel I came for the 5th time, with group, this hotel is having all possible facilities, staffs are really helpful and always ready to help , special thanks to babita, shalini, vaishali and sunny for their great gratitude towards me and my group, food wise this hotel is really marvelous, people must try their food, and stay was good too .

A change in plan caused the regular used branded chain hotel in Varanasi to be unavailable hence this hotel was booked for me. Despite having heard horror stories regarding it’s pathetic hygiene levels and disdain for covid protons I nevertheless decided to give it a try to experience it first hand. Huge mistake. It was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in over a 25 year career. Absolutely zero covid protocols. It’s as if they live in the twilight zone where covid hasn’t occurred or they are so far ahead of times that covid has come and is long gone. Not a single staff member wore a mask. The rooms and the hygiene levels are absolutely pathetic. The attached photos will indicate how filthy the hotel is. Avoid it at all costs.

Hotel is situated in sarnath , very positive people i found in this hotel , staffs are so polite, they treat us like family, special note for ved, shalini,vaishali they treat guest like so happily, food wise this hotel is having a luxury taste

This hotel is best in Varanasi, their staffs are highly professional, their service is really upto the mark, food is better than any high class hotels or restaurants in Varanasi, I came with group from srilanka, we would love to visit again super soon, special thanks to vaishali and sunny for their best services

Fab and yummy food we had here , it was my 5th visit here their food quality is highly appreciated, and staffs are so friendly specially vaishali, babita and hitesh, they helped my group very well and make our comfortable stay as well, i will recommend thid place to everyone

Yummiest food, this place I went this hotel to celebrate my birthday, and the food are super delicious, staffs are so helpful to select menu, here food specially garlic noodles and ***churian is so tasty, people who are interested to celebrate birthday or any other functions must visit this ,special thanks to Vaishali for making all arrangements.

Staff and place both are amazing, we have tried chicken , ***churian, paneer chilly almost all Chinese items are superbly delicious , people must try their oriental options, food prices are not high and really worth to eat, I wish I can travel Varanasi again and I want to stay here only , special thanks to Hitesh and Vaishali for giving us all possible care .
